Gyan is Gurukripa. When u r one with ur Guru & everything u see or do is for Guru, then every interaction, everywhere, every moment is gyan.

Rishi Patanjali says the intensity of sadhna decides your success. When every cell of your body yearns for Divinity, that is called intense.

Sewa or service is the tool for kaliyug It guarantees good health and the sanidhya of a guru and then finally moksha.

#Yagya basically means sacrifice of whatever is dear to you. Giving pain to an animal for sacrificing gets no punya. It gets you hells only.

Feel yourself as a part of creation; then only will Shiva feel you as a part of Him and you shall experience the reality, or Vidya.

Yog says that theres only one mantra, one asan, one mala, one isht dev & one guru. If you make any of these two, then it is adultery in yog.

Focus comes with satisfaction of desire.When you're satisfied&desire is focused,it doesn’t matter what goes or comes bcos all this hs to go.

It is detachment from pleasure that nullifies the effect of pain and this state of vairagya effectuates your merger with the tridev.

The more attached u r to something/someone, the more disappointed u will be.This holds true even for ur Guru figure.Relate to Guru as energy

Yog is not talking big but practical experience of shaktis. If theres no experience, u wont believe in it. Belief comes with experience.

#Yoga is the process of the upgrading your #frequency and this will happen only if you #follow an entity whose frequency is already higher.

What lies in ur frequency range is real for u but it doesnt mean frequencies below & beyond dont exist.Yog is d path to upgrade ur frequency

Gurus dont give upays for problems or prescribe rites to fill their coffers.Infact Gurus dont have coffers as hoarding is opposite of yog.
