The weight is over

Well, further to this, this and this, I'm once again claiming that I'm finally back on track. Yesterday was Sunday - yes that day - and it was also the first of December, so I really have no excuses this time.  No excuses except Christmas, Kwanzaa and MÅ�draniht.
