Mig - Sad society song (trip hop)
album: 2è EP
MIG est un groupe trip-hop d'origine grenobloise qui voit le jour dans les années 2000. L'architecture musicale est organisée autour de la chanteuse Djazia Satour dont la voix est mise en valeur par les sons acoustiques et électroniques de Mathieu Goust et Piero Martin, les deux autres membres du groupe.
MIG est né en 1999 sous l'impulsion de Gaël Chatelain qui veut conduire le projet d'un EP mélangeant des influences musicales plutôt trip-hop avec du rap. Pour cela il convie le rappeur Shaolin du groupe Le Monaster et Betoka, jeune rappeur tout juste débarqué du Cameroun pour mener ses études en France. Gaël et son frère Thierry s'occupent alors de la production.
Tous réunis ils donnent naissance à la rentrée 1999 au premier EP du groupe intitulé MIG. Sur cet EP, on retrouve également le temps d'un morceau nommé Leaving Beth la superbe voix de Djazia Satour, demi-sœur du leader du groupe Gnawa Diffusion. Elle assure également des chœurs sur le morceau Dernières Visions.
Ensuite, de toutes ces personnes réunies uniquement pour ce projet à la base, naquit ce qui est devenu le groupe MIG avec comme seul élément commun Djazia. À noter que Gaël a de nouveau rejoint le groupe le temps de quelques sons sur le dernier album Yamatna.
Très productif, le trio sort un premier maxi (6 titres) éponyme en 2001. Ils réalisent alors les premières de Sinsemilia2, de The Cranberries3 et de Dionysos3.
À partir de 2003, ils affirment et affinent leur son pour en faire un mélange de toutes les cultures qui régissent le groupe. Les chants trilingues4 (anglais, français et arabe) prônent l'amour et la tolérance. C'est dans ces conditions que sort, en 2004, leur premier album intitulé Dhikrayat (qui se vend à plus de 15 000 exemplaires). MIG entame alors une tournée à travers les salles et les festivals de France, ce qui leur permet de se faire connaître sur la scène électronique française3.
En 2006, MIG sort un deuxième album, Yamatna, qui reprend les grands axes musicaux du premier album en y ajoutant plus de sonorités arabisantes.
Depuis 2007, MIG n'a plus fait de concerts. Le site officiel précise désormais que le groupe est séparé et que chacun des membres a décidé de se consacrer à d'autres projets musicaux

And social media, well, we need to throw-off the shackles we so eagerly put on ourselves. Wouldn’t life be better then?
Steve Cutts is an illustrator and animator from London. Faced with the choice of working at McDonalds or studying Fine Arts, he chose the latter. He worked at Glueisobar as the main storyboard concept artist before making the leap to freelance work. Cutts makes videos and images that criticize modern life – he states that insanity of humanity is an endless pool of inspiration.

Sad Society formed in Edinburgh in 1982 from the merging of several other bands who were playing the punk circuit at that time: area 12, Pressure Point and Radar. The name 'Sad Society' was inspired by a headline from the Edinburgh Evening News, which read "We are living in a sad society". The band have released several 7" vinyl singles, all featuring their brand of fast, tuneful circa-1977 punk rock, plus a CD album, '(The Best Thing Since) Hand Relief', which was released in 1995. Although there have been many line up changes since 1982, vocalist Deek Wilson has been a mainstay of Sad Society throughout their history, and the band are still going strong with the same ideals and beliefs.
Current line-up: Deek Wilson: vocals; Euan Ballantne /bandmember]: guitar; bandmember]: bass; [bandmember]Andy McCombie: drums.

Society

Keke Palmer discography
The discography of Keke Palmer, an American R&B singer-songwriter, consists of one studio album, one extended play, three mixtapes and seven singles. In 2005, Palmer signed a record deal with Atlantic Records. Palmer released her debut album So Uncool on September 18, 2007. The album failed to chart on the US Billboard 200, but did chart at number 85 on the R&B chart. The album was preceded by the lead single "Keep It Movin'". In 2010, Palmer was signed by the Chairman of Interscope Records, Jimmy Iovine, and began working on an album.
In January 2011, Palmer released her first mixtape Awaken. The mixtape was officially released on January 10, 2011, for downloads on mixtape-downloading websites. The first and only single released from the mixtape was "The One You Call". A music video was also released for the song. In July 2012, Palmer released the single "You Got Me" featuring Kevin McCall. The video for the single was released on July 11, 2012. Palmer released a self-titled mixtape Keke Palmer on October 1, 2012. It includes her new singles "You Got Me" & "Dance Alone" which have already been released. On May 16, 2013, Keke Palmer released a video showing her recording and performing a cover of Alicia Keys song "If I Ain't Got You".

Mig - Sad society song (trip hop) album: 2è EP MIG est un groupe trip-hop d'origine grenobloise qui voit le jour dans les années 2000. L'architecture musicale est organisée autour de la chanteuse Djazia Satour dont la voix est mise en valeur par les sons acoustiques et électroniques de Mathieu Goust et Piero Martin, les deux autres membres du groupe. MIG est né en 1999 sous l'impulsion de Gaël Chatelain qui veut conduire le projet d'un EP mélangeant des influences musicales plutôt trip-hop avec du rap. Sad Society formed in Edinburgh in 1982 from the merging of several other bands who were playing the punk circuit at that time: area 12, Pressure Point and Radar. The name 'Sad Society' was inspired by a headline from the Edinburgh Evening News, which read "We are living in a sad society". The band have released several 7" vinyl singles, all featuring their brand of fast, tuneful circa-1977 punk rock, plus a CD album, '(The Best Thing Since) Hand Relief', which was released in 1995. Although there have been many line up changes since 1982, vocalist Deek Wilson has been a mainstay of Sad Society throughout their history, and the band are still going strong with the same ideals and beliefs. L'architecture musicale est organisée autour de la chanteuse Djazia Satour dont la voix est mise en valeur par les sons acoustiques et électroniques de Mathieu Goust et Piero Martin, les deux autres membres du groupe.
MIG est né en 1999 sous l'impulsion de Gaël Chatelain qui veut conduire le projet d'un EP mélangeant des influences musicales plutôt trip-hop avec du rap. Pour cela il convie le rappeur Shaolin du groupe Le Monaster et Betoka, jeune rappeur tout juste débarqué du Cameroun pour mener ses études en France. Gaël et son frère Thierry s'occupent alors de la production.
Tous réunis ils donnent naissance à la rentrée 1999 au premier EP du groupe intitulé MIG. Sur cet EP, on retrouve également le temps d'un morceau nommé Leaving Beth la superbe voix de Djazia Satour, demi-sœur du leader du groupe Gnawa Diffusion. Elle assure également des chœurs sur le morceau Dernières Visions.
Ensuite, de toutes ces personnes réunies uniquement pour ce projet à la base, naquit ce qui est devenu le groupe MIG avec comme seul élément commun Djazia. À noter que Gaël a de nouveau rejoint le groupe le temps de quelques sons sur le dernier album Yamatna.
Très productif, le trio sort un premier maxi (6 titres) éponyme en 2001. Ils réalisent alors les premières de Sinsemilia2, de The Cranberries3 et de Dionysos3.
À partir de 2003, ils affirment et affinent leur son pour en faire un mélange de toutes les cultures qui régissent le groupe. Les chants trilingues4 (anglais, français et arabe) prônent l'amour et la tolérance. C'est dans ces conditions que sort, en 2004, leur premier album intitulé Dhikrayat (qui se vend à plus de 15 000 exemplaires). MIG entame alors une tournée à travers les salles et les festivals de France, ce qui leur permet de se faire connaître sur la scène électronique française3.
En 2006, MIG sort un deuxième album, Yamatna, qui reprend les grands axes musicaux du premier album en y ajoutant plus de sonorités arabisantes.
Depuis 2007, MIG n'a plus fait de concerts. Le site officiel précise désormais que le groupe est séparé et que chacun des membres a décidé de se consacrer à d'autres projets musicaux

Sad Society formed in Edinburgh in 1982 from the merging of several other bands who were playing the punk circuit at that time: area 12, Pressure Point and Radar. The name 'Sad Society' was inspired by a headline from the Edinburgh Evening News, which read "We are living in a sad society". MIG est un groupe trip-hop d'origine grenobloise qui voit le jour dans les années 2000. L'architecture musicale est organisée autour de la chanteuse Djazia Satour dont la voix est mise en valeur par les sons acoustiques et électroniques de Mathieu Goust et Piero Martin, les deux autres membres du groupe.
MIG est né en 1999 sous l'impulsion de Gaël Chatelain qui veut conduire le projet d'un EP mélangeant des influences musicales plutôt trip-hop avec du rap. Pour cela il convie le rappeur Shaolin du groupe Le Monaster et Betoka, jeune rappeur tout juste débarqué du Cameroun pour mener ses études en France. Gaël et son frère Thierry s'occupent alors de la production.
Tous réunis ils donnent naissance à la rentrée 1999 au premier EP du groupe intitulé MIG. Sur cet EP, on retrouve également le temps d'un morceau nommé Leaving Beth la superbe voix de Djazia Satour, demi-sœur du leader du groupe Gnawa Diffusion. Elle assure également des chœurs sur le morceau Dernières Visions.
Ensuite, de toutes ces personnes réunies uniquement pour ce projet à la base, naquit ce qui est devenu le groupe MIG avec comme seul élément commun Djazia. À noter que Gaël a de nouveau rejoint le groupe le temps de quelques sons sur le dernier album Yamatna.
Très productif, le trio sort un premier maxi (6 titres) éponyme en 2001. Ils réalisent alors les premières de Sinsemilia2, de The Cranberries3 et de Dionysos3.
À partir de 2003, ils affirment et affinent leur son pour en faire un mélange de toutes les cultures qui régissent le groupe. MIG est un groupe trip-hop d'origine grenobloise qui voit le jour dans les années 2000. L'architecture musicale est organisée autour de la chanteuse Djazia Satour dont la voix est mise en valeur par les sons acoustiques et électroniques de Mathieu Goust et Piero Martin, les deux autres membres du groupe.
MIG est né en 1999 sous l'impulsion de Gaël Chatelain qui veut conduire le projet d'un EP mélangeant des influences musicales plutôt trip-hop avec du rap. Pour cela il convie le rappeur Shaolin du groupe Le Monaster et Betoka, jeune rappeur tout juste débarqué du Cameroun pour mener ses études en France. Gaël et son frère Thierry s'occupent alors de la production.
Tous réunis ils donnent naissance à la rentrée 1999 au premier EP du groupe intitulé MIG. Sur cet EP, on retrouve également le temps d'un morceau nommé Leaving Beth la superbe voix de Djazia Satour, demi-sœur du leader du groupe Gnawa Diffusion. Elle assure également des chœurs sur le morceau Dernières Visions.
Ensuite, de toutes ces personnes réunies uniquement pour ce projet à la base, naquit ce qui est devenu le groupe MIG avec comme seul élément commun Djazia. À noter que Gaël a de nouveau rejoint le groupe le temps de quelques sons sur le dernier album Yamatna.
Très productif, le trio sort un premier maxi (6 titres) éponyme en 2001. Ils réalisent alors les premières de Sinsemilia2, de The Cranberries3 et de Dionysos3.
À partir de 2003, ils affirment et affinent leur son pour en faire un mélange de toutes les cultures qui régissent le groupe. Nora McInerny is in love with two men. With one man, who died two years ago this week, she has a child. And last week she had a child with the other. She didn't tell many people about the new baby. Or her pregnancy. Because feelings. Falling in love again didn't take her grief away, and didn't diminish it at all. Her grief scooted over a bit to make room for someone else, it invited him and their relationship to live in her heart at the same time. But happiness, love, are so much easier to demonstrate than grief. They are so much easier to see. And something about that made Nora uncomfortable.
