Channel Nine sports presenter Erin Molan has recovered like a pro after falling off her chair and swearing during a news bulletin on Saturday evening.
The Footy Show host was presenting the sports bulletin during Nine's 6pm news when the blooper occurred off camera.
As she was narrating a story on the Tour de France, she said: "The Tour de ... shit!"
Brilliant! @Erin_Molan falls off chair, spills water on self and swears during @9NewsAUS. Very professional apart from falling off chair bit pic.twitter.com/JgGK9tj9vY

After a couple of seconds of silence, she said: "I've just fallen off my chair, no, I'm all good" before continuing to read the news story.
When the camera cut back to her, she had spilled water on her top.
"I did just fall off my chair but I'm OK I promise," she said before throwing straight to a basketball story.
At the end of the bulletin, she apologised for "anything that came out of my mouth".
Later on Saturday evening, she posted an apology on Instagram to "any beautiful children that heard my terrified reaction".
The fall only seemed to endear Molan more to her viewers.
"You're a true pro!" one viewed tweeted. "Stacked off the chair and clearly wore your drink but barely missed a beat in your report. Champion effort."
Fellow news presenters Airlie Walsh and Jayne Azzopardi praised her for handling the clanger with grace.
Well that's live TV for you, folks. @Erin_Molan you are a trooper. x

In April, several journalists shared their most embarrassing on-air bloopers after casual ABC News 24 presenter Natasha Exelby was caught out in a hilarious gaffe.
Exelby was daydreaming and fiddling with her pen before a look of horror flashed across her face as she realised she was on-air.

Reports emerged that she had been demoted because of it but the ABC later denied it.
