A lecturer in Commercial Music and Songwriting at Bath Spa University, Julianne - the original co-founder of All About Eve - is also a songwriter, vocalist and lyricist. All About Eve had a top ten hit with the single Martha's Harbour. 

She has also provided occasional vocals for artists such as The Mission, Jah Wobble, Fairport Convention and has enjoyed the privilege of having David Gilmour of Pink Floyd play guitar on two of her co-writes.

She has a Masters Degree in Songwriting (MMus Distinction) from Bath Spa University.

On 25th September 2015, the first two All About Eve Band albums were reissued by Universal Music Catalogue and include rarities, b-sides etc. 

Julianne is currently working on a solo album and writing a PhD proposal

around  concepts of the Sublime, Liminality, Nature and Machine, Rural and

Urban in the context of contemporary songwriting.
