This has to be one of the finest records ever to have come out of the 80’s UK anarcho scene. Not for Karma Sutra the simple political polemic and jarring guitar noise. No, lyrically this lot included situationism, anarcho-syndicalism, love and class war all wrapped up in strong melodic tunes.
Karma Sutra made it quite clear that they encouraged non-commercial copying and distribution of this record as much as possible – at one point they even planned only to sell it to public libraries so that no-one actually owned it (although they were defeated in this by local government logistics and the fact that some communities don’t have music libraries!). The label says it all really. See, all you torrent kiddies, we were fighting the fight way back!

Ahh – lovely! Was so chuffed to see this up here. Lived above Dave, lead singer, for couple of years in a housing co-op in MK but only had crappy copy on tape. Thanks loads for this – well appreciated.

Thanks for this – been after a decent rip for ages…another record I lost long ago. I used to love the song “When The Music Stops”… Nothing much heard from them after this though I know they were on a couple (at least one anyway) of the Mortarhate comps beforehand…
I think the files have been deleted. Any chance you’ll be re-uploading it?
