A three day-long international building construction technology, wood materials, interior exterior, lighting and power sourcing expo 2017 kicks held from 18-20 May at International Convention City Bashundhara. More than 90 local and international companies related to building construction technology and Power sourcing from more than five countries under the one roof took part in the expo. Kites International Trade & Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. is the organizer of the expo which is sponsored by Sharif Metal and co-sponsored by Steelpac. Mr. Shusen Chandra Das, Additional Secretary, Ministry of Industries Govt. of the people’s Republic of Bangladesh inaugurated the expo as chief guest. At the very beginning of the inauguration ceremony Roksana Begum, Chairman, Kites International Trade & Exhibitions Pvt. Ltd. delivered welcome speech. Humayun Rashid, Managing Director, Energypac Power Generation Ltd., Mohammad Omar Faruk, Managing Director, Sharif Metal Industries, Md. Monsoor Ahmed, Second Vice President, BKMEA, Md. Monirul Hasan, Reseacher, Bonn University also delivered their speech in the inaugural ceremony. Mr. Shusen Chandra Das in his speech said, “Demands of construction and power-related products and technologies in Bangladesh are increasing day by day as the country is developing its infrastructures speedily.
