A woman found dead in the shower at a Melbourne city buck's party was an Australian soldier.
The Australian Defence Force on Wednesday confirmed the 20-year-old woman from Western Australia was a member of the army.

Melbourne buck's party death 'not suspicious'
Police say the death of a woman after a buck's party in Melbourne's CBD is not being treated as suspicious.
But questions remain about how she came to meet the 11-man buck's group, who had booked out a room on the 10th floor of CBD hotel Oaks on Market.
It is believed the woman, who was wearing a black long-sleeved top, blue denim shorts and white runners, returned to the hotel room with the men on Saturday night. Several members of the group had been partying at a King Street nightclub.
The woman was found dead in the shower by one of the men on Sunday morning, Fairfax Media has been told. Police were called, and homicide squad detectives spent the day combing the hotel.
Her name has not been publicly released.
Four of the men in the group were arrested by police, but were later released without charge. Police eventually stated there were no suspicious circumstances around the death.
