Anti-Fascist Manchester

New to the festival this year, tours and events celebrating the history of anti-fascist and worker struggle in Manchester.

  • Thursday 22nd June

    Antifascist Manchester Tour
    City Centre
    Tours Start – 11am and 4pm
    Weaved within the walk will be stories about the Peterloo Massacre, Spanish Civil War and role of the International Brigade, birth of the vegetarian movement, chartism and women’s fight for the vote and Manchester’s links to Engels and Marx.
    £6 – limited to 25 spaces on each tour
