The tesla chip is massiv, volta 16GB GDDR5 (HBM2 maybe?)memory and 5120 cuda cores, i only can say wow!

Sorry guys, this video took me much longer than I expected it to take because the amount of dickery went so deep. It's not as though I previously didn't know about this stuff, but investigating properly... jeez, poor AMD :( Time and time again, it's the same story. I investigate.

I knew this would happen, but there are a number of recurring responses from people. I'm pleased with this video because it says what I wanted to quickly and without getting off-topic to defend myself. But I'll do it here:
'Nvidia's a company! They're not meant to play nice!!!'
...no, which is why they're DICKS. What they're doing isn't illegal, but it's anti-competitive. It's not about using their own technologies. It's about deliberately making life hard for everybody else, which DOES have a knock-on effect for users of competing products.
'Nvidia is more than half the audience!!!11'
Doesn't change what I said tbh. But if you factor in Intel, who also does graphics, then they are about 50-50.
'AMD HAS RAPTR!!!!'
Yeah I mention this. Raptr's video capture is GVR. It's good, but can't support EVERY application or desktop use, which is very useful for me on a day-to-day basis. It's also only HD, and the limitations in other areas are lower as well. It's not quite good enough.
I would have included links to all of the sources but a quick google search of them works just as well. This video originally started off as a comparison between Nvidia and AMD technologies but naturally evolved into this as I investigated them.

Let’s talk NVIDIA! Is NVIDIA stock a buy in 2017? Today we will be discussing whether or not I see NVIDIA stock as a buy right now. NVIDIA trades on the NASDAQ exchange, has a market capitalization of $85 billion, pays a 0.39% dividend and currently has a price to earnings ratio of 48.
NVIDIA is a graphics and mobile computing specialist with the core market being gaming. NVIDIA has some serious growth potential right now riding the coattails of virtual reality and driverless cars. So far, 2017 has been stellar for NVIDIA and the Fiscal 2017 financial results were excellent. The big question is, can the growth continue or is NVIDIA overvalued?
Breakdown of NVIDIA’s Business (Based on FY 2017)
84.3% - GPUs
11.9% - Tegra Processors
3.8% - Other
“Tegra” is a SoC series from NVIDIA for mobile devices, automobiles and other consumer products and gadgets.
One of the reasons I like NVIDIA is because they are still founder led, and founder led companies tend to outperform the rest. NVIDIA also has the majority of the market share of the discrete graphics processing units, the bread and butter of their business. As of Q4 2016, NVIDIA has 70.5% market share and AMD has 29.5% market share. The big question is, will AMD regain market share with the new Vega GPU offerings?
As far as the numbers go, NVIDIA is on fire. In the video I will go over some of the highlights from the Fiscal Year 2017 results. Over the last four quarters, NVIDIA has beat earnings estimates by an average of 27% meaning that there is a strong possibility that future estimates are too conservative.
NVIDIA operates in four core markets; Computer Gaming, Professional Visualization, Data Center and Automotive. NVIDIA is involved in markets that will largely benefit from emerging technologies like virtual reality, artificial intelligence, deep learning, driverless cars and cloud storage.
The major setbacks I see for NVIDIA are the following. Currently, the stock price is sky high. While NVIDIA has a number of growth opportunities, they are still opportunities. Will these opportunities turn into realities? Is the stock price based on this? If NVIDIA is unable to take the lead in any of these emerging markets, will the house of cards come falling down? NVIDIA is currently up against AMD in the discrete GPU market. AMD has promising offerings coming with the new Vega architecture, will AMD be eating into the core business NVIDIA currently has? Intel recently acquired Mobileye, a vision based drier assistance company. NVIDIA will be competing with Intel in the driverless car market.
NVIDIA is competing with Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, Google, ARM and other companies. Currently, the semiconductors and semiconductor equipment industry has a price to earnings ratio of 26.7. Intel has a price to earnings ratio of 15.6. AMD has a forward price to earnings ratio of 36.4 based on estimated earnings. When this is compared to NVIDIA’s price to earnings ratio of 48, it is possible that NVIDIA is priced for perfection.

Nvidia, stop being a DICK
Sorry guys, this video took me much longer than I expected it to take because the amount of dickery went so deep. I did recorded the GTC 2017 livestream. This is the full version of the livestream. Maybe the upload from nvidia is mixed like the uploaded stream form the 1080Ti presentation.
The tesla chip is massiv, volta 16GB GDDR5 (HBM2 maybe?)memory and 5120 cuda cores, i only can say wow!
Lets wait the day when the first consumer cards with volta are available

I knew this would happen, but there are a number of recurring responses from people. I'm pleased with this video because it says what I wanted to quickly and without getting off-topic to defend myself. But I'll do it here:
'Nvidia's a company! They're not meant to play nice!!!'
...no, which is why they're DICKS. What they're doing isn't illegal, but it's anti-competitive. It's not about using their own technologies. It's about deliberately making life hard for everybody else, which DOES have a knock-on effect for users of competing products.
'Nvidia is more than half the audience!!!11'
Doesn't change what I said tbh. But if you factor in Intel, who also does graphics, then they are about 50-50.
'AMD HAS RAPTR!!!!'
Yeah I mention this. Raptr's video capture is GVR. It's good, but can't support EVERY application or desktop use, which is very useful for me on a day-to-day basis. It's also only HD, and the limitations in other areas are lower as well. It's not quite good enough.
I would have included links to all of the sources but a quick google search of them works just as well. This video originally started off as a comparison between Nvidia and AMD technologies but naturally evolved into this as I investigated them.

“Tegra” is a SoC series from NVIDIA for mobile devices, automobiles and other consumer products and gadgets.
One of the reasons I like NVIDIA is because they are still founder led, and founder led companies tend to outperform the rest. NVIDIA also has the majority of the market share of the discrete graphics processing units, the bread and butter of their business. As of Q4 2016, NVIDIA has 70.5% market share and AMD has 29.5% market share. The big question is, will AMD regain market share with the new Vega GPU offerings?
As far as the numbers go, NVIDIA is on fire. In the video I will go over some of the highlights from the Fiscal Year 2017 results. Over the last four quarters, NVIDIA has beat earnings estimates by an average of 27% meaning that there is a strong possibility that future estimates are too conservative.
NVIDIA operates in four core markets; Computer Gaming, Professional Visualization, Data Center and Automotive. NVIDIA is involved in markets that will largely benefit from emerging technologies like virtual reality, artificial intelligence, deep learning, driverless cars and cloud storage.
The major setbacks I see for NVIDIA are the following. Currently, the stock price is sky high. While NVIDIA has a number of growth opportunities, they are still opportunities. Will these opportunities turn into realities? Is the stock price based on this? If NVIDIA is unable to take the lead in any of these emerging markets, will the house of cards come falling down? NVIDIA is currently up against AMD in the discrete GPU market. AMD has promising offerings coming with the new Vega architecture, will AMD be eating into the core business NVIDIA currently has? Intel recently acquired Mobileye, a vision based drier assistance company. NVIDIA will be competing with Intel in the driverless car market.
NVIDIA is competing with Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, Google, ARM and other companies. Currently, the semiconductors and semiconductor equipment industry has a price to earnings ratio of 26.7. Intel has a price to earnings ratio of 15.6. AMD has a forward price to earnings ratio of 36.4 based on estimated earnings. When this is compared to NVIDIA’s price to earnings ratio of 48, it is possible that NVIDIA is priced for perfection.

In this video I'm going to show you how to set up the NVIDIA Share option for best gameplay recording.
This is an option that you have if you are running an NVIDIA GTX 600 series graphics card or anything higher. Once called Shadowplay, it is now simply known as NVIDIA Share, and is an inbuilt option in the NVIDIA GeForce Experience app.

I knew this would happen, but there are a number of recurring responses from people. I'm pleased with this video because it says what I wanted to quickly and without getting off-topic to defend myself. But I'll do it here:
'Nvidia's a company! They're not meant to play nice!!!'
...no, which is why they're DICKS. What they're doing isn't illegal, but it's anti-competitive. It's not about using their own technologies. It's about deliberately making life hard for everybody else, which DOES have a knock-on effect for users of competing products.
'Nvidia is more than half the audience!!!11'
Doesn't change what I said tbh. But if you factor in Intel, who also does graphics, then they are about 50-50.
'AMD HAS RAPTR!!!!'
Yeah I mention this. Raptr's video capture is GVR. It's good, but can't support EVERY application or desktop use, which is very useful for me on a day-to-day basis. It's also only HD, and the limitations in other areas are lower as well. It's not quite good enough.
I would have included links to all of the sources but a quick google search of them works just as well. This video originally started off as a comparison between Nvidia and AMD technologies but naturally evolved into this as I investigated them.

Let’s talk NVIDIA! Is NVIDIA stock a buy in 2017? Today we will be discussing whether or not I see NVIDIA stock as a buy right now. NVIDIA trades on the NASDAQ exchange, has a market capitalization of $85 billion, pays a 0.39% dividend and currently has a price to earnings ratio of 48.
NVIDIA is a graphics and mobile computing specialist with the core market being gaming. NVIDIA has some serious growth potential right now riding the coattails of virtual reality and driverless cars. So far, 2017 has been stellar for NVIDIA and the Fiscal 2017 financial results were excellent. The big question is, can the growth continue or is NVIDIA overvalued?
Breakdown of NVIDIA’s Business (Based on FY 2017)
84.3% - GPUs
11.9% - Tegra Processors
3.8% - Other
“Tegra” is a SoC series from NVIDIA for mobile devices, automobiles and other consumer products and gadgets.
One of the reasons I like NVIDIA is because they are still founder led, and founder led companies tend to outperform the rest. NVIDIA also has the majority of the market share of the discrete graphics processing units, the bread and butter of their business. As of Q4 2016, NVIDIA has 70.5% market share and AMD has 29.5% market share. The big question is, will AMD regain market share with the new Vega GPU offerings?
As far as the numbers go, NVIDIA is on fire. In the video I will go over some of the highlights from the Fiscal Year 2017 results. Over the last four quarters, NVIDIA has beat earnings estimates by an average of 27% meaning that there is a strong possibility that future estimates are too conservative.
NVIDIA operates in four core markets; Computer Gaming, Professional Visualization, Data Center and Automotive. NVIDIA is involved in markets that will largely benefit from emerging technologies like virtual reality, artificial intelligence, deep learning, driverless cars and cloud storage.
The major setbacks I see for NVIDIA are the following. Currently, the stock price is sky high. While NVIDIA has a number of growth opportunities, they are still opportunities. Will these opportunities turn into realities? Is the stock price based on this? If NVIDIA is unable to take the lead in any of these emerging markets, will the house of cards come falling down? NVIDIA is currently up against AMD in the discrete GPU market. AMD has promising offerings coming with the new Vega architecture, will AMD be eating into the core business NVIDIA currently has? Intel recently acquired Mobileye, a vision based drier assistance company. NVIDIA will be competing with Intel in the driverless car market.
NVIDIA is competing with Intel, AMD, Qualcomm, Google, ARM and other companies. Currently, the semiconductors and semiconductor equipment industry has a price to earnings ratio of 26.7. Intel has a price to earnings ratio of 15.6. AMD has a forward price to earnings ratio of 36.4 based on estimated earnings. When this is compared to NVIDIA’s price to earnings ratio of 48, it is possible that NVIDIA is priced for perfection.

I did recorded the GTC 2017 livestream. This is the full version of the livestream. Maybe the upload from nvidia is mixed like the uploaded stream form the 1080Ti presentation.
The tesla chip is massiv, volta 16GB GDDR5 (HBM2 maybe?)memory and 5120 cuda cores, i only can say wow!
Lets wait the day when the first consumer cards with volta are available
