An outpouring of grief-stricken tributes has flooded social media following the death of 28-year-old Henry Cusack, who lost his life after falling from the balcony of the Sail and Anchor pub in Fremantle on Saturday.
The West Perth finance consultant had been at the popular port city venue with family and friends.

Tributes flow after Freo balcony fall tragedy
A Perth family has been shattered by a tragic accident after their son and brother was killed, falling from a Fremantle pub balcony.
Police said about 8:30pm he was sitting on the back of a sofa chair on the balcony on the second storey of the pub and it's believed he lent back, before falling through a plastic café blind to the pavement below.
A witness who helped perform CPR on the man was alerted to the incident by screams from women outside the venue.
"My mate and I went outside and saw two nurses giving CPR," the man, who did not want to be identified, said.
He helped the nurses until the ambulance arrived, but said he "knew he was gone".
Mr Cusack died from his injuries at Fiona Stanley Hospital just days away from his 29th birthday.
Friends and family grappling with the tragic events, described Mr Cusack as "one of a kind" with a "heart of gold".
He "could make so many people laugh", a friend said on social media.
Another described Mr Cusack as "one in a million".
"I am so grateful to have met you and shared in some bloody good times!!! Rest easy you legend. It's an absolute tragedy that you're gone, gone but never ever forgotten," she said.
"My sincere condolences to all of Henry's family and friends..... absolute total heart break."
Al Duckett from the Collegians Football Club also paid tribute to the talented sportsman, 9 News Perth reported.
"Henry had done it all at the club as a premiership player, coach, sponsor and as always the life of the party," he said.
