My daughter is autistic and this CPS worker has been trying to take her for the past few years. See the smirk on her face as she's taking my daughter away. Who does that? Because my daughter is on the high end of the autism spectrum we have had CPS involved before like when someone hears her screaming or yelling during a meltdown, which have gotten fewer and far between lately. She is very happy in her own home and feels scared at the foster residence. They were about to let her stay when I said one word, "attorney". The caseworker knew that the allegations were false and she should have never have been there in the first place. She fabricated her report and it contradicted the police report. She lost her mother a year ago this month and has finally started to open up and accept the new changes that have been positively placed in her life and now she must face more trauma from the removal of this lady, Lee Fuller due to her fabrication of events in an imaginary police report. I have proof and written statements to back up what I have said and stand by the truth. Even the police officers didn't find her in an unsafe environment and stated so. Because this worker doesn't like the fact that I called her out on she became angry with me and removed my autistic daughter. I've read horror stories about the abuse of power within the department but never believed how corrupt this system can be. I won't stop fighting until she is home and I have this ladie's job. Please help bring awareness to this very serious abuse of power and thank you for watching.

Lubbock, TX CPS seized our children from us again on August 25th 2016. They kidnapped them by gunpoint from Colorado while we were on vacation. The illegally removed our kids the day after we made a public outcry in the media trying to warn our country about what they were trying to do to us, illegally.

The CPS investigator says to Mr. William Rembis, "The judge signed the orders that is just where we are right this second." Unfortunately for her, roughly 36 hours after the kidnappings, the truth starts to emerge:
"... The sitting Judge of District 417 Judge Wheless did not sign that removal order as some had communicated. In fact she previously denied the removal, but went on vacation this week. The order was signed by visiting Judge Curt Henderson. Apparently it is a violation of the local rules for Collin County family cases approved by the Texas Supreme Court for visiting judges to sign CPS orders without notifying the parents lawyers first.
I hope this information helps in some way as my heart aches for the Rembis family.
May the living God provide miraculous protection over each member of the Rembis family. I pray that God will bring this family back together quickly and unexplainably, giving all Glory to Him. "

My daughter is autistic and this CPS worker has been trying to take her for the past few years. See the smirk on her face as she's taking my daughter away. Who does that? She lost her mother a year ago this month and has finally started to open up and accept the new changes that have been positively placed in her life and now she must face more trauma from the removal of this lady, Lee Fuller due to her fabrication of events in an imaginary police report. I have proof and written statements to back up what I have said and stand by the truth. Even the police officers didn't find her in an unsafe environment and stated so. Because this worker doesn't like the fact that I called her out on she became angry with me and removed my autistic daughter. I've read horror stories about the abuse of power within the department but never believed how corrupt this system can be. I won't stop fighting until she is home and I have this ladie's job. Please help bring awareness to this very serious abuse of power and thank you for watching.

Lubbock, TX CPS seized our children from us again on August 25th 2016. They kidnapped them by gunpoint from Colorado while we were on vacation. The illegally removed our kids the day after we made a public outcry in the media trying to warn our country about what they were trying to do to us, illegally.

The CPS investigator says to Mr. William Rembis, "The judge signed the orders that is just where we are right this second." Unfortunately for her, roughly 36 hours after the kidnappings, the truth starts to emerge:
"... The sitting Judge of District 417 Judge Wheless did not sign that removal order as some had communicated. In fact she previously denied the removal, but went on vacation this week. The order was signed by visiting Judge Curt Henderson. Apparently it is a violation of the local rules for Collin County family cases approved by the Texas Supreme Court for visiting judges to sign CPS orders without notifying the parents lawyers first.
I hope this information helps in some way as my heart aches for the Rembis family.
May the living God provide miraculous protection over each member of the Rembis family. I pray that God will bring this family back together quickly and unexplainably, giving all Glory to Him. "
