19th July 2017 - Cumbria police, visiting Lancashire, throw disabled man out of wheelchair in an effort to speed trucks onto Fracking site in Lancashire. The largest Fracking pad in the world is set to be the start of a massive Fracking campaign that will see nuclear waste dumped down the empty bore holes. Full credit to Louise Robinson for filming this and many other incidents of assault by police facilitating Cuardrilla's attempt to Frack Lancashire. On a day where there were 13 Hardcore Protectors in Court (for previously locking on) and effectively off-site for the day, plus any supporters there (in
court) and with it being a week day - the writing was on the wall and surely there would be no lock-on today and it was going to be an easy and straight
forward 🚛 convoy 🚛 cruising onto the increasingly poisonous land 👽👽 or so those 💩police and security💩 on Cuadrilla protection duty thought 👽👽.
Wrong: An amazing and carefully planned 'dumped vehicle' lock-on plan went as well as could be expected (or unexpected - as far as the Cuadrilla
Gorilla guard were concerned) at around 2.30am a car pulled over at the entrance of the 👽 Cuadrilla site 👽. Brave protectors jumped out and 2 were
able to lock-on to the pre-welded double barrell tubing, as seen in the footage. I think it was some time later that it was discovered there was a third
brave protector locked on inside the boot of the vehicle 👀. All tyres were burst and it was 'game on'.
This was no ordinary lock-on and took until mid afternoon to free just 3 brave protectors. Even then, the worried Gorilla guard waited until the school run
and subsequent reduction in numbers of the caring supporters.
The police facilitated as per usual, using all their resources to form what looked like a 'Guard of Honour' with many vans and 60 or more officers v the
25 or so mainly peaceful protectors for the small convoy of 🚛 Trucks 🚛 to rush through in obvious fear of anyone managing a suicide dash to scramble
aboard.
A Sterling effort by the brave protectors with many of the hardcore purposely locked away until the dirty deed was completed.

Trade Union and Labour Relations (Consolidation) Act 1992.
Section 241 – Intimidation or annoyance by violence or otherwise.
This law is rarely used against protesters, but has been heard of in cases against people protesting the building or expansion of roads and those protesting the badger cull. Activists conducting FITwatch activities (www.fitwatch.org.uk) were once arrested under this act, but the charges were later changed to obstruction of police officers (see s89 Police Act 1996 for more information on this offence).
The law.
(1)A person commits an offence who, with a view to compelling another person to abstain from doing or to do any act which that person has a legal right to do or abstain from doing, wrongfully and without legal authority—
(a)uses violence to or intimidates that person or his spouse or civil partner or children, or injures his property,
(b)persistently follows that person about from place to place,
(c)hides any tools, clothes or other property owned or used by that person, or deprives him of or hinders him in the use thereof,
(d)watches or besets the house or other place where that person resides, works, carries on business or happens to be, or the approach to any such house or place, or
(e)follows that person with two or more other persons in a disorderly manner in or through any street or road.
(2) A person guilty of an offence under this section is liable on summary conviction to imprisonment for a term not exceeding six months or a fine not exceeding level 5 on the standard scale, or both.

Hydraulic fracturing
Hydraulic fracturing (also hydrofracturing, hydrofracking, fracking, or fraccing) is a well-stimulation technique in which rock is fractured by a pressurized liquid. The process involves the high-pressure injection of 'fracking fluid' (primarily water, containing sand or other proppants suspended with the aid of thickening agents) into a wellbore to create cracks in the deep-rock formations through which natural gas, petroleum, and brine will flow more freely. When the hydraulic pressure is removed from the well, small grains of hydraulic fracturing proppants (either sand or aluminium oxide) hold the fractures open.
Hydraulic fracturing began as an experiment in 1947, and the first commercially successful application followed in 1950. As of 2012, 2.5 million "frac jobs" had been performed worldwide on oil and gas wells; over one million of those within the U.S. Such treatment is generally necessary to achieve adequate flow rates in shale gas, tight gas, tight oil, and coal seam gas wells. Some hydraulic fractures can form naturally in certain veins or dikes.

Lancashire
Lancashire (/ˈlæŋkəʃər/, /ˈlæŋkəʃɪər/ or, locally, [ˈɫaŋkɪʃə(ɻ)]; archaically the County Palatine of Lancaster; abbreviated Lancs.) is a county in north west England. Although Lancaster is still the county town, the county's administrative centre is Preston. The county has a population of 1,449,300 and an area of 1,189 square miles (3,080 km2). People from the county are known as Lancastrians.
The history of Lancashire begins with its founding in the 12th century. In the Domesday Book of 1086, some of its lands were treated as part of Yorkshire. The land that lay between the Ribble and Mersey, Inter Ripam et Mersam was included in the returns for Cheshire. When its boundaries were established, it bordered Cumberland, Westmorland, Yorkshire and Cheshire.
Lancashire emerged as a major commercial and industrial region during the Industrial Revolution. Manchester and Liverpool grew into its largest cities, dominating global trade and the birth of modern capitalism. The county contained several mill towns and the collieries of the Lancashire Coalfield. By the 1830s, approximately 85% of all cotton manufactured worldwide was processed in Lancashire.Accrington, Blackburn, Bolton, Burnley, Bury, Chorley, Colne, Darwen, Nelson, Oldham, Preston, Rochdale and Wigan were major cotton mill towns during this time. Blackpool was a centre for tourism for the inhabitants of Lancashire's mill towns, particularly during wakes week.

Wrong: An amazing and carefully planned 'dumped vehicle' lock-on plan went as well as could be expected (or unexpected - as far as the Cuadrilla
Gorilla guard were concerned) at around 2.30am a car pulled over at the entrance of the 👽 Cuadrilla site 👽. Brave protectors jumped out and 2 were
able to lock-on to the pre-welded double barrell tubing, as seen in the footage. I think it was some time later that it was discovered there was a third
brave protector locked on inside the boot of the vehicle 👀. All tyres were burst and it was 'game on'.
This was no ordinary lock-on and took until mid afternoon to free just 3 brave protectors. Even then, the worried Gorilla guard waited until the school run
and subsequent reduction in numbers of the caring supporters.
The police facilitated as per usual, using all their resources to form what looked like a 'Guard of Honour' with many vans and 60 or more officers v the
25 or so mainly peaceful protectors for the small convoy of 🚛 Trucks 🚛 to rush through in obvious fear of anyone managing a suicide dash to scramble
aboard.
A Sterling effort by the brave protectors with many of the hardcore purposely locked away until the dirty deed was completed.

Section 241 – Intimidation or annoyance by violence or otherwise.
This law is rarely used against protesters, but has been heard of in cases against people protesting the building or expansion of roads and those protesting the badger cull. Activists conducting FITwatch activities (www.fitwatch.org.uk) were once arrested under this act, but the charges were later changed to obstruction of police officers (see s89 Police Act 1996 for more information on this offence).
The law.

To require you to remove a face covering, they need a Section 60 of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act, 1994:-
The conditions are:

(b)that persons are carrying dangerous instruments or offensive weapons in any locality in his police area without good reason,he may give an authorisation that the powers conferred by this section are to be exercisable at any place within that locality for a specified period not exceeding 24 hours. Tonight, in a brilliant story on Tucker Carlson’s show, a fracking expert revealed that Russian propagandists colluded with elements of the anti-fracking far left to push the story that fracking – a way of getting more oil out of oil shale – was bad for people bad for the environment in an attempt to turn around the U.S. from exploiting this new supply of oil, which played an instrumental role in dropping the price of oil way below the price Russia wanted to be getting for its oil.

Fifteen protesters were arrested outside the Federal Energy Regulatory Commission headquarters in Washington, DC on Wednesday. Several groups of activists had gathered in the early morning to block three entrances to the FERC building.
The protesters opposed recent fracking permissions which had been granted by FERC. They called on FERC to cancel several fracking permits which they say were dangerous and risked affecting human settlements.

Agreat-grandmother was forcibly moved from her tea table by police at a fracking site yesterday as a long-running protest by environmental groups intensified.Former nurse Jackie Brooks, 79, has been serving tea and cake over the past month to protesters and police in Kirby Misperton, North Yorkshire, with her husband Jim.But North Yorkshire Police told the tea lady she had to be moved over fears that she might be injured if a nearby 10ft-high tower made of wooden pallets collapsed.This caused outrage among campaigners, who chanted 'shame' continuously. One said: 'Move your men back commander, this is ridiculous.What are you trying to do?'Another added: 'She is not at risk', while a third told police: 'This is England, not 1930s Germany.What the hell do you think you're doing? The activists say the plant would promote natural gas fracking in neighboring states and contribute to climate change.

One of the arrestees is severely autistic and was on his first ever visit to the protest, and cared for by his mother. Police clearly want to empty the protest camp, to make it easier for police to facilitate the company in getting drill equipment away from their yard and to PNR fracking site near Blackpool.

Binghamton- Today, Southern Tier residents were joined by local elected officials, scientists, and health professionals, including Dr. Sandra Steingraber, City of Binghamton Mayor, Matt Ryan, Craig Stevens, resident of Silver Lake Township, Logan Adsit, a Chenango County mother, Gerri Wiley, a Tioga County Registered Nurse and Chris Burger, Chair of Binghamton Regional Sustainaiblity Coalition to denounce Governor Cuomo's rumored plan for a fracking test project.
Governor Cuomo is weighing whether or not to allow fracking in New York State with a decision imminent. Rather than undertake a comprehensive health impact assessment of fracking that would involve transparency and public participation, the Cuomo administration instead hired outside experts to review its own secretive health review. The administration has refused to release any substantive information to the public on its review -- nearly all information about it has only become known through leaks to the media -- and the outside experts have been silenced by non-disclosure agreements. It has been suggested that the Cuomo administration is considering the approval of a fracking test project with up to 40 wells.
Isaac Silberman-Gorn with Citizen Action stated "Governor Cuomo: Your entire process has been frustratingly opaque. This is unacceptable, given that our health and well-being is at stake. We call for a comprehensive health impact assessment, with public participation at all every step, starting with the scope of the assessment. A true comprehensive health impact assessment would lead you to the conclusion that fracking cannot be done safely."
"There is an ongoing demonstration project in my neighborhood." Said Susquehanna County resident Vera Scroggins. "Industry had drilled nearly 9000 wells and has 3000 violations, with one well having 26."
Logan Adsit from South Otselic in Chenango County stated: "I am a mother to a one year old little boy. Governor Cuomo seems to be unconcerned about the effects of natural gas drilling on my child's health and future life on this earth. How do I explain to my son that his town board and his own state Governor had the chance to protect him with a ban on fracking but chose not to purely due to financial incentives?

She is one amongst 6 Surgeons in the entire state of New York to be Certified by the American Society of Breast Surgeons in Stereotactic Biopsy Procedures, and stated: "As a Surgeon Trained in the Biology, Diagnosis, Prevention, and Treatment of Cancer, I am requesting that New York State conduct a comprehensive health impact assessment on the effects of Hydaulic Fractioning prior to considering drilling in our communities. As Physicians and Scientists we are requesting for data which is currently lacking on the Health Impacts of gas drilling".
Dr. Sandra Steingraber stated: ""The Finger Lakes and the Southern Tier are two branches of the same tree. We share water, air, and food. And, united, we say no to an industry that uses our land as its factory floor, that wrecks our climate, that offers only the fool's gold of temporary riches for a few and permanent ruin for many. United, we proclaim that any industry that relies on secret chemicals and secret health studies has no business in our community. Governor Cuomo: stand with us."

I am not a scientist, i'm an activist so I highly suggest you doing your research and further educating yourself on the risks of Hydro Fracking. Please also call Governor Cuomo and urge him NOT to allow Hydro Fracking here in New York. Please, let's keep our water clean in New York! Cheney revised the Safety Water act back in 2005, this is un-American and just inhumane to allow these chemicals into our water and the public not being informed what is really going on. CANNES -- In a blockbuster new video, Project Veritas has exposed the truth about the dark funding behind Hollywood's anti-fracking messaging machine.
New York Times Bestselling Author and Project Veritas founder and president James O'Keefe debuted the latest investigation at a "premiere" in Cannes, France on Wednesday.
In the investigation, an undercover journalist from Project Veritas posed as a member of a Middle Eastern oil dynasty and offered $9 million in funding to American filmmakers to fund an anti-fracking movie.
In video from a meeting with Ed Begley Jr., Mariel Hemingway and Josh Tickell, a Project Veritas investigator disguised as "Muhammed" offered $9 million for an anti-fracking film. "Muhammad" clearly states: "If Washington DC continues fracking, America will be energy efficient, and then they won't need my oil anymore."
In the same conversation, Begley and Hemingway accept the funding and agree to hide the source of funds for the anti-fracking movie. Hemingway agreeing that those who will know the source of the funding are "only at this table."
Ed Begley Jr. is an outspoken environmental activist and current Governor on the board of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science (the organization that brings us the OSCARS every year.)
Mariel Hemingway is a Golden Globe- and Oscar-nominated actress.
Josh Tickell is a Sundance Film Festival Winner and the director of environmental message movies "Fuel", "The Big Fix" and "PUMP".
Team Begley even submitted a video of Oscar-nominated actor Mark Ruffalo offering his unwavering support for the fictitious anti-fracking film project.

His advice: "So rather than putting that [the source of funding] up front, don't mention that."
In a follow-up call with Josh and Rebecca Tickell, Rebecca Tickell assures our investigator: "We would never tell about where the funding is coming from. That would be really awkward for us."
Josh Tickell: "We're confident that we can keep this zip locked, you know tight, air-tight forever. If we don't protect who is kind of funding this thing, if we have to disclose that or that becomes a necessary part of it, the whole enterprise will not work."

CANNES -- In a blockbuster new video, Project Veritas has exposed the truth about the dark funding behind Hollywood's anti-fracking messaging machine.
New York Times Bestselling Author and Project Veritas founder and president James O'Keefe debuted the latest investigation at a "premiere" in Cannes, France on Wednesday.
In the investigation, an undercover journalist from Project Veritas posed as a member of a Middle Eastern oil dynasty and offered $9 million in funding to American filmmakers to fund an anti-fracking movie.
In video from a meeting with Ed Begley Jr., Mariel Hemingway and Josh Tickell, a Project Veritas investigator disguised as "Muhammed" offered $9 million for an anti-fracking film. "Muhammad" clearly states: "If Washington DC continues fracking, America will be energy efficient, and then they won't need my oil anymore."
In the same conversation, Begley and Hemingway accept the funding and agree to hide the source of funds for the anti-fracking movie. Hemingway agreeing that those who will know the source of the funding are "only at this table."
Ed Begley Jr. is an outspoken environmental activist and current Governor on the board of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Science (the organization that brings us the OSCARS every year.)
Mariel Hemingway is a Golden Globe- and Oscar-nominated actress.
Josh Tickell is a Sundance Film Festival Winner and the director of environmental message movies "Fuel", "The Big Fix" and "PUMP".
Team Begley even submitted a video of Oscar-nominated actor Mark Ruffalo offering his unwavering support for the fictitious anti-fracking film project.

This Drilling Rig (known to protectors as Rusty the Rig) is drilling into and hydraulically fracturing the rock over a mile beneath the Preston New Road site (close to Blackpool, Lancashire) and I fear there will be a tragedy, such as serious tremors a.k.a. an earthquake, just as there has been before as touched on below.
👽 It is "highly probable" that shale gas test drilling triggered earth tremors in Lancashire, a study has found. 👽
But the report, commissioned by energy firm Cuadrilla, also said the quakes were due to an "unusual combination of geology at the well site".
The Geomechanical Study Of Bowland Shale Seismicity report, carried out by independent experts, said the combination of geological factors that caused the quakes was rare and would be unlikely to occur together again at future well sites. 💩
It said: "If these factors were to combine again in the future local geology limits seismic events to around magnitude 3 on the Richter scale as a worst-case scenario."
💩(oh well that's fine then)💩
Nobody knows anything about the geological factors under the PNR site and nor does anyone know what exactly is the worst-case scenario. That is, not until it happens.
Cuadrilla has $ince got Government backing for many more $ites in Lancashire and beyond, plus other companies are getting involved and trying their luck. Well, if they think the anger and protests at the Preston New Road site are fading, think again.
There will be many more protests and the dedicated 24/7 protectors are not for leaving voluntarily.
Some of these brave warriors have been there since January, living in tents and having to put up with attacks in the early hours, whether physical or verbal (or both) and designed to upset them and ruin any chance of a restful night. Those brave protectors are made of Granite and the bruises and injuries sustained are reluctantly accepted and they do not make a big deal over it, although as I understand it, there are several cases where further actions are necessary and possibly being taken by regular protectors and even casual visitors, who have supported the whole anti-fracking movement online until a chance arose for them to get down to the site to see for themselves, only to be caught up in some form of needless brutality, either by the over zealous police forces or less often the Cuadrilla security.
Amongst the many sites granted permits for exploratory drilling is another just a few miles down the road at Roseacre Wood, in the parish of Treales, Roseacre, and Wharles, also in the Fylde. 👽
This will then be the focus for all the protectors and the many protests to recommence, with further locals involved.
Likewise, other sites across the country have already seen anti-fracking camps set up and similar actions will follow.
There are so many people out there who are far better informed than myself and I hope if they see this video that they will add a comment and perhaps further information from personal experience.

The New York Solar Bill is that plan and we want the Governor to sign it.
Dozens of organizers from all across the country made this possible and between 2,500 - 3,000 people showed up to support that renewable energy plan. We heard many people speak of the dangers that fracking brings, not only to the environment but to the people who live in the area where fracking occurs and how it is polluting the groundwater, what all Americans drink everyday. We had one of the producers of Gasland The Movie speak, the co-founder of 350.org, and the architect engineer who is one of the creators of the New York Solar Bill, among many others who have been fighting this battle for years. There are no feasible scientific or economic reasons for the plan not to be implemented, but the actual problem is the socio-political obstacle.
The plan includes solar, wind, tidal and geothermal energy among others and will make New York 80% energy independent by 2030 and 100% by 2050. WE DON'T WANT THAT DELAYED.
