Today the Communist Party of Russian Federation is the 2nd strongest party in Russia, so it's also the most powerful opposition party. With falsified votes (organized by the leading party United Russia), it has around 100 seats out of 450 in russian duma and its leader, Gennadi Zuganoff, has 20% in presidential elections.

Communist party
A communist party is a political party that advocates the application of the social and economic principles of communism through state policy. The name originates from the 1848 tract Manifesto of the Communist Party by Karl Marx and Friedrich Engels. According to Leninist theory, a Communist party is the vanguard party of the working class (Proletariat), whether ruling or non-ruling, but when such a party is in power in a specific country, the party is said to be the highest authority of the dictatorship of the proletariat. Vladimir Lenin's theories on the role of a Communist party were developed as the early 20th-century Russian social democracy divided into Bolshevik (meaning "of the majority") and Menshevik (meaning "of the minority") factions. Lenin, leader of the Bolsheviks, argued that a revolutionary party should be a small vanguard party with a centralized political command and a strict cadre policy; the Menshevik faction, however, argued that the party should be a broad-based mass movement. The Bolshevik party, which eventually became the Communist Party of the Soviet Union, took power in Russia after the October Revolution in 1917. With the creation of the Communist International, the Leninist concept of party building was copied by emerging Communist parties worldwide.

Party
A party is a gathering of people who have been invited by a host for the purposes of socializing, conversation, recreation, or as part of a festival or other commemoration of a special occasion. A party will typically feature food and beverages, and often music and dancing or other forms of entertainment. In many Western countries, parties for teens and adults are associated with drinking alcohol such as beer, wine or distilled spirits.
Description
Some parties are held in honor of a specific person, day, or event, such as a birthday party, a Super Bowl party, or a St. Patrick’s Day party. Parties of this kind are often called celebrations. A party is not necessarily a private occasion. Public parties are sometimes held in restaurants, pubs, beer gardens, nightclubs or bars, and people attending such parties may be charged an admission fee by the host. Large parties in public streets may celebrate events such as Mardi Gras or the signing of a peace treaty ending a long war.

Communist Party of China
The Communist Party of China (CPC) is the founding and ruling political party of the People's Republic of China (PRC). The CPC is the sole governing party of China, although it coexists alongside eight other legal parties that comprise the United Front. It was founded in 1921, chiefly by Chen Duxiu and Li Dazhao. The party grew quickly, and by 1949 the CPC had driven the Kuomintang (KMT) government from mainland China after a 10-year civil war, thus leading to the establishment of the People's Republic of China. The CPC is currently the world's second largest political party with a membership of 87.79 million as of 2015.
The CPC is, officially, organized on the basis of democratic centralism, a principle conceived by Russian Marxist theoretician Vladimir Lenin which entails democratic and open discussion on policy on the condition of unity in upholding the agreed upon policies. The highest body of the CPC is the National Congress, convened every fifth year. When the National Congress is not in session, the Central Committee is the highest body, but since the body meets normally only once a year, most duties and responsibilities are vested in the Politburo and its Standing Committee. The party's leader holds the offices of General Secretary (responsible for civilian party duties), Chairman of the Central Military Commission (CMC) (responsible for military affairs) and state president (a largely ceremonial position). Through these posts the party leader is the country's paramount leader. The current party leader is Xi Jinping, elected at the 18th National Congress (held in 2012).

Karl Marx
Karl Marx (/mɑːrks/;German pronunciation: [ˈkaɐ̯l ˈmaɐ̯ks]; 5 May 1818 – 14 March 1883) was a philosopher, economist, sociologist, journalist and revolutionary socialist. Born in Prussia (now Rhineland-Palatinate), he later became stateless and spent much of his life in London. Marx's work in economics laid the basis for much of the current understanding of labour and its relation to capital, and subsequent economic thought. He published numerous books during his lifetime, the most notable being The Communist Manifesto (1848) and Das Kapital (1867–1894).
Born into a wealthy middle-class family in Trier in the Prussian Rhineland, Marx studied at the universities of Bonn and Berlin where he became interested in the philosophical ideas of the Young Hegelians. After his studies he wrote for the Rheinische Zeitung, a radical newspaper in Cologne, and began to work out the theory of the materialist conception of history. He moved to Paris in 1843, where he began writing for other radical newspapers and met Friedrich Engels, who would become his lifelong friend and collaborator. In 1849 he was exiled and moved to London together with his wife and children, where he continued writing and formulating his theories about social and economic activity. He also campaigned for socialism and became a significant figure in the International Workingmen's Association.

The PKK terror going on in the southeast of Turkey today is actually communist terror in the flesh. Statements by the head of the separatist organization make this perfectly clear.
For example, in his message to celebrate the 13th anniversary of the founding of the separatist organization, its leader said:
“As the best answer to those who say, ‘Socialism has collapsed, communism has collapsed’ we are saying, ‘On the contrary, THE MOST POWERFUL, TRUEST AND GREATEST FORM OF COMMUNISM HAS TAKEN PLACE IN THE PKK.’”
A speech on May 1, 1982, represents one of the many occasions on which the leader of the separatist organization openly states that the PKK is a Marxist-Leninist organization:
"No matter what unsuitable conditions it may live under, IT MUST BE BASED on the objective force of the working class, and ON MARXISM-LENINISM, its science and guide to action; AND NOTE THAT THE REASON FOR OUR EXISTENCE IS TOTALLY GROUNDED IN THAT FACT... If those tribal walls, those feudal fences had not been breached, MARXISM-LENINISM, THE MODERN AND THE MOST REVOLUTIONARY WAY OF THINKING would never have entered our heads.”
They themselves say that their party is a communist party, and all the laws of communism are set out and clarified in the party constitution. They make communist propaganda day and night. (From Mr. Adnan Oktar's interview on June 16, 2010, on Samsun Aks and TV Kayseri)
Every action, every slogan and every declaration by the terrorist organization is communist. Striking statements at the organization’s founding conference and on its web site makes their devotion to Marxism perfectly clear:
"MARXIST-LENINIST THEORY MUST BE TAKEN TO HEART. Leading cadres must frequently refer to Marxism, they must take that teaching to heart in order to make the implementation of Marxism their starting point... WE WILL ADOPT SOCIALISM RATHER AS A GUIDE TO ACTION IN THE RESOLUTION OF THE POLITICAL PROBLEM. As the representatives of such a teaching, and the adherents of such a teaching, we shall do our duty by applying it, as the most important precondition of the teaching, to the question of the political administration of the country and AS A MEANS OF and guide to BRINGING DOWN THE EXISTING ADMINISTRATION.”
Adnan Oktar: … PKK terrorism in Turkey is one of the major communist uprisings in the world today. It is the greatest communist uprising in the history of the Turkish Republic. It is a Marxist-Leninist-Stalinist uprising... (From Mr. Adnan Oktar’s interview on July 21, 2008, on Amasya TV)
The fact that the organization has a Marxist-Leninist structure is made clear both in indictments by prosecutors and in Turkish Intelligence MIT reports and in rulings by the courts. Indeed, the fact that for many years the organization used the hammer and sickle motif, the best known symbol of communism, on its flag is sufficient proof of this. The emblem was then altered by the organization for strategic and tactical reasons.
Abdullah Öcalan, the leader of the separatist organization, says that the PKK’s ideological foundation is based on Marxism and Leninism in another statement:
“The PKK has experienced a development in line with the Marxist-Leninist tradition. It is clear that from then on it will take shape on the basis of that legacy, which is inseparable in the way that flesh is joined to bone.” (Kurdistan’da Halk Kahramanligi [Popular Heroism in Kurdistan], Istanbul, March 2004, p. 78)
“LENIN REPRESENTED IT IN THE 1900S, AND I REPRESENT THE 21ST-CENTURY SOCIALISM, and I am building the new socialism by fighting real socialism and imperialism.” (Ozgur Yasamla Diyaloglar [Dialogues with Free Life], p. 201)
Apo [Abdullah Öcalan] does what Lenin said. The communists in the southeast are doing what Lenin said. It is a religion and they are applying that religion. They are observing the practices of the Marxist-Leninist religion. (From Mr. Adnan Oktar's interview on July 1, 2011, on A9 TV and Kaçkar TV; 00:30)
Öcalan, the separatist leader, praises the bloodthirsty communist leaders who slaughtered millions of people:
"THE HEROES OF THE PROLETARIAT, MARX AND ENGELS. ITS THEORETICAL AND POLITICAL GENIUS, LENIN, and ITS PRACTICAL MASTERS, STALIN, HO CHI MINH AND MAO. And many national and internationalist heroes marching under their leadership. These great heroes who stir up and organize mankind’s consciousness of freedom, and produce the armies known as people’s armies, occupy a truly great place in the history of mankind.” (Kurdistan’da Halk Kahramanligi [Popular Heroism in Kurdistan], p. 87)
Like the communist leaders he so admires, the leader of the separatist organization ruthlessly resorts to violence and terror. Because that is what Marxism, Leninism and Darwinism they base their ideology on command. Lenin explicitly stated that terror is an inseparable component of communist ideology:

They themselves say that their party is a communist party, and all the laws of communism are set out and clarified in the party constitution. They make communist propaganda day and night. (From Mr. Adnan Oktar's interview on June 16, 2010, on Samsun Aks and TV Kayseri)
Every action, every slogan and every declaration by the terrorist organization is communist. Striking statements at the organization’s founding conference and on its web site makes their devotion to Marxism perfectly clear:
"MARXIST-LENINIST THEORY MUST BE TAKEN TO HEART. Leading cadres must frequently refer to Marxism, they must take that teaching to heart in order to make the implementation of Marxism their starting point... WE WILL ADOPT SOCIALISM RATHER AS A GUIDE TO ACTION IN THE RESOLUTION OF THE POLITICAL PROBLEM. As the representatives of such a teaching, and the adherents of such a teaching, we shall do our duty by applying it, as the most important precondition of the teaching, to the question of the political administration of the country and AS A MEANS OF and guide to BRINGING DOWN THE EXISTING ADMINISTRATION.”

The fact that the organization has a Marxist-Leninist structure is made clear both in indictments by prosecutors and in Turkish Intelligence MIT reports and in rulings by the courts. Indeed, the fact that for many years the organization used the hammer and sickle motif, the best known symbol of communism, on its flag is sufficient proof of this. The emblem was then altered by the organization for strategic and tactical reasons.
Abdullah Öcalan, the leader of the separatist organization, says that the PKK’s ideological foundation is based on Marxism and Leninism in another statement:
“The PKK has experienced a development in line with the Marxist-Leninist tradition. It is clear that from then on it will take shape on the basis of that legacy, which is inseparable in the way that flesh is joined to bone.” (Kurdistan’da Halk Kahramanligi [Popular Heroism in Kurdistan], Istanbul, March 2004, p. 78)
“LENIN REPRESENTED IT IN THE 1900S, AND I REPRESENT THE 21ST-CENTURY SOCIALISM, and I am building the new socialism by fighting real socialism and imperialism.” (Ozgur Yasamla Diyaloglar [Dialogues with Free Life], p. 201)
Apo [Abdullah Öcalan] does what Lenin said. The communists in the southeast are doing what Lenin said. It is a religion and they are applying that religion. Öcalan, the separatist leader, praises the bloodthirsty communist leaders who slaughtered millions of people:
"THE HEROES OF THE PROLETARIAT, MARX AND ENGELS. ITS THEORETICAL AND POLITICAL GENIUS, LENIN, and ITS PRACTICAL MASTERS, STALIN, HO CHI MINH AND MAO. And many national and internationalist heroes marching under their leadership. These great heroes who stir up and organize mankind’s consciousness of freedom, and produce the armies known as people’s armies, occupy a truly great place in the history of mankind.” (Kurdistan’da Halk Kahramanligi [Popular Heroism in Kurdistan], p. 87)
Like the communist leaders he so admires, the leader of the separatist organization ruthlessly resorts to violence and terror. Because that is what Marxism, Leninism and Darwinism they base their ideology on command. Lenin explicitly stated that terror is an inseparable component of communist ideology:

Proposing celebrating Karl Marx’s birthday to local offices of the Japanese Communist Party. By this proposal, I verify how Karl Marx, who logically built the idea of communism, is accepted by local cities in Japan. In addition, by questioning the difference between “scientific socialism”, a principle which the Japanese Communist Party holds presently, and “Marxism”, I try to reveal how awkward it is to talk about communism in Japan and at the same time, give thought to how it is difficult to realize a communist society without any blue prints by having each party member make comments on what communism is about.

Created in response to the Her Noise Archive; an archive of women working at the intersection of sound, art, noise and politics, Her Noise Archive: Symbol of Democracy or Communist Uprising? considers the distinction between what constitutes political criticism and rebellion within sound arts practice. It is a sardonic observation of the ambivalent political voice of the Her Noise Archive which serves equally as a democratic symbol of equality and, simultaneously, as an uprising against the false utopia of democracy. By presenting both truths side-by-side the stark similarities between these two viewpoints are made apparent and it’s political fragility laid bare. An archive may be created democratically but it can easily become bound to an authoritarian existence by those who control its access, changing its political locale overnight.
Her Noise Archive: Symbol of Democracy or Communist Uprising? extends beyond critique of the Her Noise Archive and passes question upon political party structures and the fine line between one party’s politics and another. Applying the same structure and techniques of manipulating rhythm, pitch and repetition I explore the possibilities of speech as a political tool within the arts.

Today the Communist Party of Russian Federation is the 2nd strongest party in Russia, so it's also the most powerful opposition party. With falsified votes (organized by the leading party United Russia), it has around 100 seats out of 450 in russian duma and its leader, Gennadi Zuganoff, has 20% in presidential elections.

Today the Communist Party of Russian Federation is the 2nd strongest party in Russia, so it's also the most powerful opposition party. With falsified votes (organized by the leading party United Russia), it has around 100 seats out of 450 in russian duma and its leader, Gennadi Zuganoff, has 20% in presidential elections.

The PKK terror going on in the southeast of Turkey today is actually communist terror in the flesh. Statements by the head of the separatist organization make this perfectly clear.
For example, in his message to celebrate the 13th anniversary of the founding of the separatist organization, its leader said:
“As the best answer to those who say, ‘Socialism has collapsed, communism has collapsed’ we are saying, ‘On the contrary, THE MOST POWERFUL, TRUEST AND GREATEST FORM OF COMMUNISM HAS TAKEN PLACE IN THE PKK.’”
A speech on May 1, 1982, represents one of the many occasions on which the leader of the separatist organization openly states that the PKK is a Marxist-Leninist organization:
"No matter what unsuitable conditions it may live under, IT MUST BE BASED on the objective force of the working class, and ON MARXISM-LENINISM, its science and guide to action; AND NOTE THAT THE REASON FOR OUR EXISTENCE IS TOTALLY GROUNDED IN THAT FACT... If those tribal walls, those feudal fences had not been breached, MARXISM-LENINISM, THE MODERN AND THE MOST REVOLUTIONARY WAY OF THINKING would never have entered our heads.”
They themselves say that their party is a communist party, and all the laws of communism are set out and clarified in the party constitution. They make communist propaganda day and night. (From Mr. Adnan Oktar's interview on June 16, 2010, on Samsun Aks and TV Kayseri)
Every action, every slogan and every declaration by the terrorist organization is communist. Striking statements at the organization’s founding conference and on its web site makes their devotion to Marxism perfectly clear:

Leading cadres must frequently refer to Marxism, they must take that teaching to heart in order to make the implementation of Marxism their starting point... WE WILL ADOPT SOCIALISM RATHER AS A GUIDE TO ACTION IN THE RESOLUTION OF THE POLITICAL PROBLEM. As the representatives of such a teaching, and the adherents of such a teaching, we shall do our duty by applying it, as the most important precondition of the teaching, to the question of the political administration of the country and AS A MEANS OF and guide to BRINGING DOWN THE EXISTING ADMINISTRATION.”

The fact that the organization has a Marxist-Leninist structure is made clear both in indictments by prosecutors and in Turkish Intelligence MIT reports and in rulings by the courts. Indeed, the fact that for many years the organization used the hammer and sickle motif, the best known symbol of communism, on its flag is sufficient proof of this. The emblem was then altered by the organization for strategic and tactical reasons.
Abdullah Öcalan, the leader of the separatist organization, says that the PKK’s ideological foundation is based on Marxism and Leninism in another statement:
“The PKK has experienced a development in line with the Marxist-Leninist tradition. It is clear that from then on it will take shape on the basis of that legacy, which is inseparable in the way that flesh is joined to bone.” (Kurdistan’da Halk Kahramanligi [Popular Heroism in Kurdistan], Istanbul, March 2004, p. 78)
“LENIN REPRESENTED IT IN THE 1900S, AND I REPRESENT THE 21ST-CENTURY SOCIALISM, and I am building the new socialism by fighting real socialism and imperialism.” (Ozgur Yasamla Diyaloglar [Dialogues with Free Life], p. 201)
Apo [Abdullah Öcalan] does what Lenin said. The communists in the southeast are doing what Lenin said. It is a religion and they are applying that religion. Öcalan, the separatist leader, praises the bloodthirsty communist leaders who slaughtered millions of people:
"THE HEROES OF THE PROLETARIAT, MARX AND ENGELS. ITS THEORETICAL AND POLITICAL GENIUS, LENIN, and ITS PRACTICAL MASTERS, STALIN, HO CHI MINH AND MAO. And many national and internationalist heroes marching under their leadership. Proposing celebrating Karl Marx’s birthday to local offices of the Japanese Communist Party. By this proposal, I verify how Karl Marx, who logically built the idea of communism, is accepted by local cities in Japan. In addition, by questioning the difference between “scientific socialism”, a principle which the Japanese Communist Party holds presently, and “Marxism”, I try to reveal how awkward it is to talk about communism in Japan and at the same time, give thought to how it is difficult to realize a communist society without any blue prints by having each party member make comments on what communism is about.

Created in response to the Her Noise Archive; an archive of women working at the intersection of sound, art, noise and politics, Her Noise Archive: Symbol of Democracy or Communist Uprising? considers the distinction between what constitutes political criticism and rebellion within sound arts practice. It is a sardonic observation of the ambivalent political voice of the Her Noise Archive which serves equally as a democratic symbol of equality and, simultaneously, as an uprising against the false utopia of democracy. By presenting both truths side-by-side the stark similarities between these two viewpoints are made apparent and it’s political fragility laid bare. An archive may be created democratically but it can easily become bound to an authoritarian existence by those who control its access, changing its political locale overnight.

Applying the same structure and techniques of manipulating rhythm, pitch and repetition I explore the possibilities of speech as a political tool within the arts.
