Anyways, as you may have known by now, Ash Ketchum's best characterization came with the XY anime. It also seemed that Ash Ketchum would finally win a Pokémon league after all these years when it came to XYZ38 (XY131), especially how the episode was titled "Kalos League Victory! Satoshi's Ultimate Match!!" in Japan. But just when it seem that Ash would win in the finals against Alain, he lost as Ash-Greninja fell down, and it was all a troll, especially with the way Mega Charizard X stumbled.
