Five vehicles, including two cars, two motorbikes and an autorickshaw, were damaged when the driver of a towing vehicle belonging to the Bengaluru Traffic Police lost control and collided with them at a traffic junction in Peenya on Thursday night.
The vehicles were waiting at a red signal to proceed towards Tumakuru Road when the towing vehicle ran into them. Police suspect brake failure behind the accident. Two bikers sustained minor injuries.
The Peenya traffic police rushed to the spot but the vehicle owners had left the place without filing a complaint.
