I'm a BIG dreamer. This is what my mother used to tell me. When I was 5 years old my school teacher contacted my parents because of my drawings. I was obsessed by it and instead of listening the lesson, my mind was in a different world. When I was a kid, I used to have a lot of nightmares. I thought that creatures wanted to eat me. As soon as I started to paint, my nightmares were gone and my life drastically changed. My monsters became my friends, my family, my brothers. They always talk to me and I like to listen their advice, they guide me. 7 years ago I started to paint on photos. It was a way for me to give another life to places, people and actions that I love. Putting my monsters in existing situations makes me feel like I was there when the photo was taken. "Once Upon a Place" is a travel across London, Berlin, Stockholm and Helsinki in order to find the inspiration exploring the city and the nature.

In 1856 his son, Lorenz, branched out and established his own porcelain factory in Selb. After that, the region between Weiden and Coburg experienced a genuine boom: Uncountable porcelain factories emerged and allowed small farming villages to become industrial settlements. Manufacturers such as Rosenthal, Hutschenreuther, Heinrich, Seltmann or Winterling made German porcelain known throughout the world. At an early stage, renowned sculptors and designers cooperated closely with the arts department in the factories. Since the Second World War, the products had stood out not least because of their excellent design. In 1980, over 18,000 people were working in the Bavarian porcelain industry, predominantly in the Fichtelgebirge. North-East Bavaria is still the capital of the European porcelain industry.
