National Geographic or NatGeo may refer to:
Rann of Kutch (Kutchi language: કચ્છ જો રણ) is a large area of salt marshes located in mostly in Gujarat (primarily the Kutch district), India and the southern tip of Sindh, Pakistan. It is divided into two main parts; Great Rann of Kutch and Little Rann of Kutch.
The Rann of Kutch is located in the Thar Desert bio-geographic area in the Indian state of Gujarat with some parts in Pakistani province of Sindh. It is a seasonally marshy region, the word Rann meaning "salt marsh", alternating with medaks, elevated pieces of land where vegetation grows.
Kutch is the name of the district in Gujarat where this region is situated. The marsh covers a huge area of around 10,000 square miles and is positioned between the Gulf of Kutch and the mouth of the Indus River in southern Pakistan. To the northeast corner of the Rann of Kutch lies the Luni River, originating in Rajasthan.
The Rann of Kutch is the only large flooded grasslands zone in the whole Indo-Malayan region. The fact that the area has desert on one side and the sea on the other provides the Rann of Kutch with a variety of ecosystems, including mangroves and desert vegetation. The grassland and deserts of the Rann of Kutch are home to forms of wildlife that have adapted to the often harsh conditions of this vast area. These include endemic and endangered animal and plant species.

“We people living in urban centres of the country are so fortunate & we take comforts of our life for granted!” This is what I felt while returning back from a 4 days long shoot from Pakistan border at Rann of Kutch. While the nation is in grip of heatwave & people don’t feel like coming out in the sun, there are some of our fellow citizens who are enduring a life which most of us dread. These citizens are members of our armed forces protecting the frontiers of India. Recently, I got an opportunity to be with them & feel what is the spirit that fuels these soldiers to discharge their duty when the temperature is as ruthless as 47 degrees. At Rann of Kutch, Pakistan is not the only enemy of armed forces. Here, challenges take various forms of snakes, bad weather & bog. Some people may arg...

a very special program from INDIA PAKISTAN border at kutch Gujarat INDIA. BSF a paramilitary force which is guarding INDO PAK sensitive border in tough terrain and difficult situations with tough training for combat operations related to firing and blast and excellent moral of our soldiers.
the night speeds though at its breakneck pace
gotta run to keep up, gotta keep on the case
and the people that you meet
well they're speeding too
i get up, i get in a cab
the driver says he loves his wife, she's in the slammer
he's got some advice 'cause i'm new here
we're in the land, We're in the land
the land of everything and nothing at all
Wait till it takes you by the hand
its got it all, but it's got no soul!
we're in the land, la la la land
the land of everything and nothing at all
i'm sorry, i do not understand
finally get to the place where i'm supposed to be
i met a girl and a girl met me
and she's lets me in on
just how to see the light here
she says her life was in disarray,
till she found these pills that took the pain away
