In fact, when you consider animals like the kangaroo or duckbilled platypus, it seems like Mother Nature packed all her strangest creations onto Australia. Yes, there are dangerous animals everywhere in the world but pound for pound, Australia seems to have the biggest share of sharks, spiders, snakes and other deadly creatures that walk the earth. Why would anyone choose to live in a place inhabited by so many lethal animals? To be honest, most aren’t common and people have adapted to living with some of the more common creatures that they happen to cross paths with.

Nissan GTRs are incredibly common in Australia, but no matter how many there are, there will always be some that stand out above the rest just as the KING32 1500hp Nissan R32 GT-R shows! With literally NO time for testing, they guys went straight from making 1500hp on the dyno, to driving to the event! Pulling off the trailer and breezing past records on the first pass, KING32 came out swinging and wasn’t going down without a fight! This BEAST Nissan R32 GT-R was built and piloted by Maatouks Racing during Motive DVD’s GT-R Challenge and Drag Battle at Cootamundra Airport outside of Sydney, Austrailia.

101 East is a weekly television programme, broadcast by Al Jazeera English and Al Jazeera America, that focuses on current affairs in Asia and the Pacific.
The programme is presented from various locations across Asia and features in-depth reports of the particular issues affecting the different parts of the region. In the past, it has also hosted interviews and panel discussions.
The show launched in November 2006, at the same time as Al Jazeera English itself, and remains the channel's flagship Asia-Pacific current affairs show.
Panel discussions used to take place in the Al Jazeera studios in Kuala Lumpur, in Malaysia. In more recent times they were held at various locations appropriate to the theme of the discussion.
101 East airs each week on Al Jazeera English at 22:30GMT on Thursdays, 09:30GMT on Fridays, 03:30GMT on Saturdays, and 16:30GMT on Sundays.

Matt Whitehead is a laborer from NSW, Australia who left school at 14 and became a plumber. He's since worked to save enough money then travel the world several times over in a uniquely minimalist style that often includes bicycling long distances. He's known for having biked from Nova Scotia to Central America, having a penchant for stubbie twin fins, and going on anti-materialist rants over a good beer.
In short he's one of the best humans we know. Last week, we were lucky enough to have him peddle through the Korduroy headquarters, midway through another continental journey en route to somewhere in Central America. Over a day, he imparted some wisdoms gleaned from miles on the road. Enjoy.

This video is only consisted of still photos I took with my RX100 while on the road in Australia a few months ago.
The technique I used to animate these photos is called parallax/2.5D animation or motion photography, a skill I acquired 2 days ago thanks to the exposure of the brilliant "Bizarre Afrika Burn" video (https://vimeo.com/96678788) by Not So Fast Media.
This is my first attempt at doing this so any constructive feedback are welcome!

This video is only consisted of still photos I took with my RX100 while on the road in Australia a few months ago.
The technique I used to animate these photos is called parallax/2.5D animation or motion photography, a skill I acquired 2 days ago thanks to the exposure of the brilliant "Bizarre Afrika Burn" video (https://vimeo.com/96678788) by Not So Fast Media.
This is my first attempt at doing this so any constructive feedback are welcome!
