Christian also gives him some advice for his next move. Robin’s collection includes… A gorgeous Omega with a sector, taupe dial. It’s beautiful, it wears like a jumbo, and it is fully original. It’s easy to appreciate in design and in heritage - it shows a more explorative and experimental time in Omega’s development. A Breitling panda chronograph, a truly classic and great looking piece. It’s a great look, a fun and mint complication, and a killer brand. This watch has crazy potential to increase - maybe double - in value in the years to come. An IWC caliber 89 in pink gold. It’s wonderful, PINK, and a powerhouse brand. An all black, pilot-issued Heuer Bund. Simply, it’s a cool, rare, relatively affordable Heuer. Great job, Robin. A Rolex Quickset Date 15000 with a grey dial - it’s a beautiful watch, it’s ROLEX, and it’s a fantastic, simple, sophisticated design. The recommendation for Robin is to try on some of the higher end dress pieces which he indicated were goals of his, F.P. Journe, A. Lange & Sohne, and Breguet. But also keep in mind some vintage big guns - Rolex 1675 and 5513, for example.
