Timothy Alan Patrick "Tim" Rose (September 23, 1940 – September 24, 2002), was an American singer-songwriter, who spent much of his life in London, England and had more success in Europe than in his native country. Known for his gruff voice, Rose was often compared to Ray Charles, Rod Stewart and Joe Cocker.
Rose was born in Washington, D.C., and raised by his mother Mary, who worked for the Army Corps of Engineers, his aunt, and his grandmother in an area known as South Fairlington Historic District, in Arlington, Virginia, where he was to meet Scott McKenzie, who lived nearby. Rose learned to play the banjo and guitar, and won the top music award in high school. Rose graduated from Gonzaga College Prep School, a noted Jesuit institution in DC, class of 1958. From there he joined the United States Air Force (in the Strategic Air Command), in the pre-Vietnam era, and was stationed in Kansas. He later worked as a merchant seaman on the S.S. Atlantic and in a bank, before becoming involved in the music industry.
Timothy M. Rose (born July 17, 1956) is an actor and puppeteer.
Rose is best known for playing the role of Admiral Ackbar in Star Wars Episode VI: Return of the Jedi, a role which he played again in Star Wars: The Force Awakens. In addition, Rose also puppeteered the characters of Sy Snootles and Salacious Crumb in that film, and has been involved with other Lucasfilm and Jim Henson Studios movies, including The Dark Crystal and Howard the Duck.
He also helped in puppeteering the character of Tik-Tok in Disney's Return to Oz.
Tim also made the puppets Cosmo and Dibs for the BBC children's series You and Me. They debuted on that show in 1983.
Tim Rose (born October 14, 1941) is an American football coach and former player. He is currently the defensive coordinator at Ashland University, a position he has held since the 2009 season. Rose served as the head football coach at Miami University from 1983 to 1989, compiling a record of 31–44–3. He has over 20 years of experience as a defensive coordinator at the college level including stints at Miami, the University of Memphis, the University of Cincinnati, the University of Minnesota, Boston College, East Carolina University, Eastern Michigan University, Louisiana Tech University and the University of Toledo.
Rose served as the head coach at Miami University in Oxford, Ohio from 1983 to 1989. He led the 1986 Miami squad to the Mid-American Conference championship and a berth in the California Bowl. That season, Rose orchestrated perhaps the biggest win in the program's history with a 21–12 victory over #8 ranked LSU in Baton Rouge. Even with his success in 1986, Rose only had two winning seasons in seven years at Miami and finished his tenure there with a record of 31–44–3 that included a streak of 20 games without a victory between 1987 and 1989. After the 1989 season, Rose's contract was not renewed and he was replaced by Randy Walker. Rose was the first coach since Edwin Sweetland in 1911 to leave Miami with a losing record.

A great version of Hey Joe, excellent building of intensity.

I hope she doesn't see me now
I hope she never does find out
I've been crying 'cause I got the blues.
I used to think that I was strong
And now I'm seeing I was wrong
I never knew there was so much to lose!
There's a part of me inside
I always thought that I could hide
How she found it--I never knew.
One things certain--she's the first
I don't remember feeling worse
I never knew I had so much to lose !
Chorus:
Was I surprised to have this feeling
She had me reeling all around--
I never thought she'd take to stealing
Or start dealing what she'd found!
Maybe, someday I'll forget her
Maybe, I'll find sunny weather
You know the feeling when you got the blues.
She did one thing good for me
Something that she'll never see
