It was incorporated as Apple Computer, Inc. on January 3, 1977, and was renamed as Apple Inc. on January 9, 2007, to reflect its shifted focus toward consumer electronics. The apple tree (Malus domestica) is a deciduous tree in the rose family best known for its sweet, pomaceous fruit, the apple. It is cultivated worldwide as a fruit tree, and is the most widely grown species in the genus Malus. The tree originated in Central Asia, where its wild ancestor, Malus sieversii, is still found today. Apples have been grown for thousands of years in Asia and Europe, and were brought to North America by European colonists. Apples have religious and mythological significance in many cultures, including Norse, Greek and European Christian traditions.
Apple trees are large if grown from seed, but small if grafted onto roots (rootstock). There are more than 7,500 known cultivars of apples, resulting in a range of desired characteristics. Different cultivars are bred for various tastes and uses, including cooking, eating raw and cider production. Apples are generally propagated by grafting, although wild apples grow readily from seed. Trees and fruit are prone to a number of fungal, bacterial and pest problems, which can be controlled by a number of organic and non-organic means. In 2010, the fruit's genome was decoded as part of research on disease control and selective breeding in apple production.

Imagination Technologies, facing steep stock drop, is putting itself up for sale. https://www.engadget.com/2017/06/22/imagination-on-sale-powervr-apple-iphone-ipad/ Once the world learned that Apple will design its own GPU for upcoming iPhones and iPads instead of using Imagination Technologies PowerVR tech, the UK company quickly lost 70 percent of its value. While it's still in "dispute" with Apple over the breakup, it already put two of its units, MIPS and Ensigma up for sale, and today announced that the entire company is open to being acquired. Its board of directors said in a press release that "it has received interest from a number of parties for a potential acquisition of the whole Group...and is engaged in preliminary discussions with potential bidders." We have always heard that Langkawi, Malaysia, is a beautiful island that you must see. So we decided we had to check it out for ourselves. The first night we landed it was raining and dreary, but the next two days were stellar. The beaches are far cleaner than those of Thailand, and the water is a beautiful aqua color. We rented a motorbike for a day which was ridiculously easy to rent. We were in and out of the shop in less that 5 minutes, and the cost was 30 Ringgit or about $9USD. We drove the entire island which was beautiful. Renting a motorbike allowed us to get to the Jetty, The Worlds Steepest Cable Car as well as an Arabian Horse Stud Farm. We highly recommend having your own transportation anywhere you're traveling because it opens up so many more doors. The Worlds Steepest Ca...

Kuala Lumpur has been the most underrated city in South East Asia. This place blew us away. KL is lightyears ahead of the likes of Bangkok, Thailand and Vientiane, Laos. This is definitely the most livable city in South East Asia, but also happens to be a little bit more expensive. However, if you follow a few of these tips in this video regarding eating local food such as South Indian Food, Street food etc. you can save where it counts. Also, the public transportation in KL is as efficient as it gets in SE Asia, and shockingly was cheaper than that of the MRT in Bangkok.
