Check out this brief VFX Teaser trailer for the highly anticipated and soon-to-be-released short called "THE GARDEN".
After learning that the sun is dying, a group of explorers set out into deep space in search of a new home for humanity.
Made for a shoestring budget with credit cards and small donations, the vast majority of the cast & crew are friends who worked on this pro bono. My writing partner and I first wrote a feature script, and in an effort to draw some attention to it, we decided to make this to give potential investors a tiny glimpse of what the movie could be like. Since we couldn't afford to hire a VFX company, the visuals are intentionally stylized and obviously not final (you'll have to wait for the feature version for that).

Aaron
In the Hebrew Bible and the Quran, Aaron אַהֲרֹן (UK /ˈɛərən/, US /ˈærən/) was the older brother of Moses (Exodus 6:16-20, 7:7; Qur'an 28:34) and a prophet of God. Unlike Moses, who grew up in the Egyptian royal court, Aaron and his elder sister Miriam remained with their kinsmen in the eastern border-land of Egypt (Goshen). When Moses first confronted the Egyptian king about the Israelites, Aaron served as his brother's spokesman ("prophet") to Pharaoh. (Exodus 7:1) Part of the Law (Torah) that Moses received from God at Sinai granted Aaron the priesthood for himself and his male descendants, and he became the first High Priest of the Israelites. Various dates for his life have been proposed, ranging from approximately 1600 to 1200 BC. Aaron died before the Israelites crossed the Jordan river and he was buried on Mount Hor (Numbers 33:39; Deuteronomy 10:6 says he died and was buried at Moserah). Aaron is also mentioned in the New Testament of the Bible.

Lance Reddick
Lance Reddick (born June 6, 1962) is an American actor and musician. He is best known for portraying Cedric Daniels in The Wire and Phillip Broyles in Fringe. He is also known for playing Detective Johnny Basil on Oz and Matthew Abbadon in the fourth and fifth seasons of Lost.
Early life
Reddick was born in Baltimore, Maryland. He attended Friends School of Baltimore, graduating in 1980. As a teenager, he studied music at the Peabody Preparatory Institute and a summer program teaching music theory and composition at The Walden School. After attending the Eastman School of Music at the University of Rochester, he moved to Boston, Massachusetts in the 1980s and enrolled in the Yale School of Drama in 1991.
Career
Reddick was cast as Cedric Daniels in the HBO series The Wire, after having also auditioned for the roles of Bubbles and Bunk Moreland. He joined ABC's hit series Lost in 2008, where he played Matthew Abaddon, an employee of Charles Widmore, in multiple episodes. He was the third of five actors from the HBO hit series Oz to star in the drama. Producers Damon Lindelof and Carlton Cuse have said they were interested in Reddick for the part of Mr. Eko but he was unavailable due to filming The Wire so they approached Akinnuoye-Agbaje instead.

Black operation
A black operation or black op is a covert operation by a government, a government agency, or a military organization. This can include activities by private companies or groups. Key features of a black operation are that it is secret and it is not attributable to the organization carrying it out. The main difference between a black operation and one that is merely secret is that a black operation involves a significant degree of deception, to conceal who is behind it or to make it appear that some other entity is responsible ("false flag" operations).
A single such activity may be called a "black bag operation"; that term is primarily used for covert or clandestine surreptitious entries into structures to obtain information for human intelligence operations. Such operations are known to have been carried out by the FBI, the Central Intelligence Agency,Mossad, MI6, ISI (Pakistan), RAW, MSS, and the intelligence services of other nations.
Etymology
"Black" may be used as a generic term for any government activity that is hidden or secret. For example, some activities by military and intel agencies are funded by a classified "black budget," of which the details, and sometimes even the total, are hidden from the public and from most congressional oversight.

Assistant director
The role of an Assistant Director on a film includes tracking daily progress against the filming production schedule, arranging logistics, preparing daily call sheets, checking cast and crew, and maintaining order on the set. They also have to take care of the health and safety of the crew. The role of an Assistant to the Director is often confused with Assistant Director but the responsibilities are entirely different. The Assistant to the Director manages all of the Director's in development, pre-production, while on set, through post-production and is often involved in both personal management as well as creative aspects of the production process. Historically, Assistant to Director was a stepping stone to directing work; Alfred Hitchcock was an AD, as was James McTeigue. This transition into film directing is no longer common in feature films. It is more common now for an Assistant to the Director to transition to a production management or producer role than to directing. In America, an Assistant to the Director is not a unionized role, but Assistant Directors of every level require membership to the Director's Guild of America. The DGA strictly monitors and regulates employment frequency and duration, salary, and promotions of Directors and are usually completely different from the requirements of filmmaking and should not be confused.

Unit production manager
A unit production manager (UPM) is the Directors Guild of America–approved title for the top below-the-line staff position responsible for the administration of a feature film or TV production. Alternate titles for this role on non-DGA signatory productions are production manager or production supervisor. He or she works closely with the project's line producer. It is not uncommon for the line producer to function as UPM as well.
A senior producer may assign a UPM to work concurrently on more than one production, for film, theatre, or television.
Responsibility to a senior producer
A UPM is usually hired by a film producer or television producer, and is responsible for managing the production and regulating the costs of delivering the expected film or television show on budget at the end of principal photography. Based on a shooting script, the UPM will create a working budget during pre-production, prior to the start of principal photography, thereby charting a recommended budgetary course. Typically, a Producer will oversee all the cost-related decisions, including above-the-line expenditures (especially during pre-production). However, the UPM is responsible for the more detailed planning and execution of the below-the-line costs (primarily for physical production). The film's director will select important department heads (keys) or support personnel related to his work, including the casting director, cinematographer, costume designer, production designer, and film editor. For below-the-line matters, the UPM often negotiates deals (for location, equipment, etc.) and hires the remaining crew, typically on the recommendation of the keys and/or based on prior experience with trusted individuals.

After learning that the sun is dying, a group of explorers set out into deep space in search of a new home for humanity. Made for a shoestring budget with credit cards and small donations, the vast majority of the cast & crew are friends who worked on this pro bono. My writing partner and I first wrote a feature script, and in an effort to draw some attention to it, we decided to make this to give potential investors a tiny glimpse of what the movie could be like. Check out this brief VFX Teaser trailer for the highly anticipated and soon-to-be-released short called "THE GARDEN". After learning that the sun is dying, a group of explorers set out into deep space in search of a new home for humanity. Made for a shoestring budget with credit cards and small donations, the vast majority of the cast & crew are friends who worked on this pro bono. My writing partner and I first wrote a feature script, and in an effort to draw some attention to it, we decided to make this to give potential investors a tiny glimpse of what the movie could be like. Check out this brief VFX Teaser trailer for the highly anticipated and soon-to-be-released short called "THE GARDEN".
After learning that the sun is dying, a group of explorers set out into deep space in search of a new home for humanity.
Made for a shoestring budget with credit cards and small donations, the vast majority of the cast & crew are friends who worked on this pro bono. My writing partner and I first wrote a feature script, and in an effort to draw some attention to it, we decided to make this to give potential investors a tiny glimpse of what the movie could be like. Since we couldn't afford to hire a VFX company, the visuals are intentionally stylized and obviously not final (you'll have to wait for the feature version for that).

Check out this brief VFX Teaser trailer for the highly anticipated and soon-to-be-released short called "THE GARDEN". After learning that the sun is dying, a group of explorers set out into deep space in search of a new home for humanity. Made for a shoestring budget with credit cards and small donations, the vast majority of the cast & crew are friends who worked on this pro bono. My writing partner and I first wrote a feature script, and in an effort to draw some attention to it, we decided to make this to give potential investors a tiny glimpse of what the movie could be like. Since we couldn't afford to hire a VFX company, the visuals are intentionally stylized and obviously not final (you'll have to wait for the feature version for that).
