On July 20, 2015, NASA released to the world the first image of the sunlit side of Earth captured by the space agency's EPIC camera on NOAA's DSCOVR satellite. The camera has now recorded a full year of life on Earth from its orbit at Lagrange point 1, approximately 1 million miles from Earth, where it is balanced between the gravity of our home planet and the sun.
EPIC takes a new picture every two hours, revealing how the planet would look to human eyes, capturing the ever-changing motion of clouds and weather systems and the fixed features of Earth such as deserts, forests and the distinct blues of different seas. EPIC will allow scientists to monitor ozone and aerosol levels in Earth’s atmosphere, cloud height, vegetation properties and the ultraviolet reflectivity of Earth.
The primary objective of DSCOVR, a partnership between NASA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the U.S. Air Force, is to maintain the nation’s real-time solar wind monitoring capabilities, which are critical to the accuracy and lead time of space weather alerts and forecasts from NOAA.

It’s like a finger flick to the balls, the pain is sharp but it fades with time… - and you’ll be back… they always come back.
Look around you newbies. This is your fireteam. You will play with them again and again – doing the same shit. again and again... They’ll become MORE than just your teammates – they’ll become your friends - You’re going to talk about life, about school, about work, about the world and things you’re going through. You’re going to talk about strategy, about wiping, about cheesing – and reviving, and NOT Dying… and in the end, THEY will be the reason why you even play the game anymore.
You will love and hate this game all at the same time. Hell, you may even delete it off your system in a fit of rage – only to reinstall it 10 minutes later after jonesing for some destiny with your friends like someone on crack looking for their next fix. That’s why people call it crackstiny.
See, Destiny is not about the story. It’s not about the multiplayer. It’s not about missions, or strikes, or raids, or even the loot you chase after and never get until you buy some “hand me downs” from Xur. It’s not even about all the flaws people love to mention or constantly complain about. Destiny is about the experiences and the fun you’re about to have with your friends while doing all those different things and more.
So as you can see guardians, there is a LOT that you missed out on in year 1. And that doesn’t even cover everything that you missed out on… but we don’t have all day to sit around and talk about the past.
Year 2 is here – and it’s time for YOU to go out there and create your own stories you’ll tell the newbies who come after you.

▶ I never finished my original goal of walking to Germany. Instead, I walked for a year and roughly 4500km, passed the Gobi desert, and then decided to stop walking for now.
▶ All of the distance from Beijing to Ürümqi was completed solely on foot, straight good old walking. There are instances where you can see me in the video sitting on a plane or riding a boat, but those are during breaks I had to take from walking, either to sort out bureaucracy issues or to take care of some personal things.
▶ I had been planning this trip for over a year before I even started, and getting as far as I got was an experience for which I am very grateful.
▶ Obtaining the necessary visa for a trip like this was not very easy, hence I had to go back to Beijing a few times to resolve some issues.
▶ This is not a strict "1 pic a day" video, because I wanted to make it a bit more alive by adding some additional movement. Sometimes during the film you would follow me turn around, or something would happen in the background. I tried to capture these moments to make the video more interesting.

So I was flying back to Canada but this time I got a window seat. I never get those! Looking at the beautiful the Rocky Mountains I decided to make a highlights video of my bicycle trip so far.
I left on April 6, 2014 from the Arctic Ocean at Tuktoyaktuk, Northwest Territories, Canada and after a lot of zig-zagging I reached the Mexico border at San Diego, California on March 18, 2015.

The term "Year One" in political history usually refers to the institution of radical, revolutionary change. This usage dates from the time of the French Revolution. Film festival
A film festival is an organized, extended presentation of films in one or more cinemas or screening venues, usually in a single city or region. Increasingly, film festivals show some films outdoors. One Year
One Year is the debut album by singer Colin Blunstone, member of the British rock band, The Zombies. It was released in 1971 (see 1971 in music). Two singles — "Caroline, Goodbye" b/w "Though You Are Far Away" followed by "Say You Don't Mind" b/w "Let Me Come Closer" — were issued with the second one reaching number 15 in the UK. One Year was reissued on CD by Sony in 2002 and by Water Records in 2007.
After the Zombies disbanded in 1968, Blunstone left the music business only to return after the surprise success of "Time of the Season". One Year was co-produced by Blunstone's former Zombie colleagues Rod Argent and Chris White who also contributed three songs to the album. "Caroline Goodbye" and "Mary Won't You Warm My Bed" were arranged by Rod Argent and Tony Visconti. John Fiddy arranged "Let Me Come Closer to You". The rest of the album was arranged by Chris Gunning.
Reception
Music critic Robin Platts of Allmusic wrote: "Widely considered to be Blunstone's best solo album, One Year is the perfect showcase for his distinctive, breathy voice. He also came into his own as a songwriter on this record."

On July 20, 2015, NASA released to the world the first image of the sunlit side of Earth captured by the space agency's EPIC camera on NOAA's DSCOVR satellite. The camera has now recorded a full year of life on Earth from its orbit at Lagrange point 1, approximately 1 million miles from Earth, where it is balanced between the gravity of our home planet and the sun. EPIC takes a new picture every two hours, revealing how the planet would look to human eyes, capturing the ever-changing motion of clouds and weather systems and the fixed features of Earth such as deserts, forests and the distinct blues of different seas. EPIC will allow scientists to monitor ozone and aerosol levels in Earth’s atmosphere, cloud height, vegetation properties and the ultraviolet reflectivity of Earth.
The primary objective of DSCOVR, a partnership between NASA, the National Oceanic and Atmospheric Administration (NOAA) and the U.S. Air Force, is to maintain the nation’s real-time solar wind monitoring capabilities, which are critical to the accuracy and lead time of space weather alerts and forecasts from NOAA.

▶ I never finished my original goal of walking to Germany. Instead, I walked for a year and roughly 4500km, passed the Gobi desert, and then decided to stop walking for now.
▶ All of the distance from Beijing to Ürümqi was completed solely on foot, straight good old walking. There are instances where you can see me in the video sitting on a plane or riding a boat, but those are during breaks I had to take from walking, either to sort out bureaucracy issues or to take care of some personal things.
▶ I had been planning this trip for over a year before I even started, and getting as far as I got was an experience for which I am very grateful.
▶ Obtaining the necessary visa for a trip like this was not very easy, hence I had to go back to Beijing a few times to resolve some issues.
▶ This is not a strict "1 pic a day" video, because I wanted to make it a bit more alive by adding some additional movement. Sometimes during the film you would follow me turn around, or something would happen in the background. I tried to capture these moments to make the video more interesting.

So I was flying back to Canada but this time I got a window seat. I never get those! Looking at the beautiful the Rocky Mountains I decided to make a highlights video of my bicycle trip so far.
I left on April 6, 2014 from the Arctic Ocean at Tuktoyaktuk, Northwest Territories, Canada and after a lot of zig-zagging I reached the Mexico border at San Diego, California on March 18, 2015.
