What cookware set should I buy?

One of the easiest ways to stock up on your modern cookware supplies is to buy a set. The size usually ranges from a seven-piece size to a 15-piece size, though of course there are more specialised sets for the expert cooks. At the minimum, your cookware set should include large and small sauce pans with lids, a cooker with a lid and a fry pan. For more diversity, try a 12-piece set, which includes the basics as well as a covered pan and a smaller frying pan or skillet.
