DYK, Dyk or Did you know may refer to:
Amazing Facts is a multifaceted, evangelistic ministry that especially focuses on the Three Angels' Messages of Revelation 14. Beginning as a single radio program in 1965 it has expanded into television programming, training, health, prophecy seminars and online Bible study ministries.
Amazing Facts was founded in 1965 by Joe Crews in Baltimore, Maryland. Inspired by the success of The Rest Of The Story, hosted by Paul Harvey, Joe Crews' original objective for Amazing Facts was to reach out to both Christian and non-Christian listeners via daily 15-minute programs by opening with a scientific or historic fact, and how it applies to the overall Biblical messages. Later, the program offered accompanying home Bible study courses, as well as books written by Crews himself. In 1987, Amazing Facts initiated a television ministry that has expanded to four programs as well as periodic evangelism series.
Shortly before his death in 1994, Crews invited Doug Batchelor to assume the position of president/speaker, which he holds to this day. Today, the Amazing Facts radio program "Bible Answers Live" broadcasts mainly out of Sacramento, California each Sunday evening to about 155 national stations.
Ape Escape (known as Saru Get You (サルゲッチュ, Saru Getchu) in Japan) is a series of video games made by Sony Computer Entertainment, starting with Ape Escape for PlayStation in 1999. The series often incorporates ape-related humour, unique gameplay, and a wide variety of pop culture references; it is also notable for being the first game to make the DualShock or Dual Analog controller mandatory. The first game and various spin-off's were developed by SCEI while the second, third and other various party games were developed by SCE Japan Studio.
In 1998, it was confirmed that a title would be developed under the name Sarugetchu and would be specifically designed for the DualShock controller, and would be the first game to do so. The title was a massive success, going Platinum, entering the Greatest Hits series in the US, and entered the "Best Of" releases in Japan. It was reviewed positively, and was compared to games such as Super Mario 64.
Easter eggs, also called Paschal eggs, are decorated eggs that are often given to celebrate Easter or springtime. As such, Easter eggs are common during the season of Eastertide (Easter season). The oldest tradition is to use dyed and painted chicken eggs, but a modern custom is to substitute chocolate eggs, or plastic eggs filled with confectionery such as chocolate. Eggs, in general, were a traditional symbol of fertility, and rebirth.
The practice of decorating eggshells is ancient, predating Christian traditions. Ostrich eggs with engraved decoration that are 60,000 years old have been found in Africa. Decorated ostrich eggs, and representations of ostrich eggs in gold and silver, were commonly placed in graves of the ancient Sumerians and Egyptians as early as 5,000 years ago.
The Christian custom of the Easter egg, can be traced as far back as the early Christians of Mesopotamia, who stained eggs red in memory of the blood of Christ. The Christian Church officially adopted the custom, regarding the eggs as a symbol of the resurrection. The Roman Ritual, the first edition of which was published in 1610 but which contains texts of much older date, has among the Easter Blessings of Food, along with those for lamb, bread, and new produce, the following blessing for eggs:

On Christmas Day we celebrate
That Jesus Christ was born
Our lives are filled with special things
We dance from dusk to dawn
But did you know he also died for you
Did you know he paid a price for you
Do you know him as the greatest gift of all
We remind ourselves of fairy tales
A reindeer on a ride
And we wrap the toys with love and care
Preparing for that special night
But did you know that Jesus died for you
Did you know he paid a price for you
Do you know him as the greatest gift of all
And did you know that everyone
Will meet him in the end
Did you know he really loves you
And he wants to be your friend
Did you know that a simple prayer
Will bring you all his love
Did you know… Did you know…
So Christmas comes and Christmas goes
But Christ himself will stay
If you let him live inside your heart
It's Christmas every day
For he came to earth to die for you
He came to pay a price for you
Do you know him as the greatest gift of all
