The Isley Brothers (/ˈaɪzliː/) are an American musical group originally from Cincinnati, Ohio, originally a vocal trio consisting of brothers O'Kelly Isley, Jr., Rudolph Isley and Ronald Isley. The group has been cited as having enjoyed one of the "longest, most influential, and most diverse careers in the pantheon of popular music".
Alongside a fourth brother, Vernon, the group originally performed gospel music until Vernon's death a few years after its original formation. After moving to the New York City area in the late 1950s, the group had modest chart successes during their early years, first coming to prominence in 1959 with their fourth single, "Shout", written by the three brothers. Initially a modest charted single, the song eventually sold over a million copies. Afterwards the group recorded modestly successful works for a variety of labels, including the top 20 single, "Twist and Shout" and the Motown single, "This Old Heart of Mine (Is Weak for You)" before recording and issuing the Grammy Award-winning hit, "It's Your Thing" on their own label, T-Neck Records.
Fun and Games may refer to:
"Fun and Games" is an episode of the original The Outer Limits television show. It first aired on 30 March 1964, during the first season.
Mike Benson, ex-boxer and small-time crook, and Laura Hanley, a divorcee, each emotionally wounded by life, are abducted at critical points in their lives by The Senator, a sporting alien representing the citizens of the planet Andera. The Anderans have overcome war, pestilence, avarice and envy, are no longer driven by wants and needs, and find that their lives have become quite stagnant; therefore, they replace their boredom with a constant supply of "fun & games". Mike and Laura are "electroported" to an arena planet where they are to be pitted in mortal combat against two primitive aliens from the Calco galaxy for the entertainment of the jaded audience on Andera. The goal of the tournament is species survival; the home planet of the losing team will be obliterated in a cataclysmic display lasting five years for the further enjoyment of the citizens of Andera. During the combat, Mike and Laura learn to function as a team. When the male Calco alien, having killed its mate to double its own food supply, confronts Mike on a footbridge over a river of lava, Laura kills the creature with its own saw-bladed boomerang. Mike, hanging by his fingertips and weakened by the ordeal, finally falls off the bridge into the lava. Laura, believing Mike to be dead, mourning his passing and praising his efforts in defending the human race from extinction, is informed by The Senator that since the alien perished in the lava first, Mike's life was spared, and they are declared the winners, thus saving Earth. In that split second, they are electroported to safety, unaware of what had transpired and free to resume their mundane lives.
Fun & Games is the third album by the American pop/rock band The Connells, released in 1989. It was recorded primarily at Fort Apache Studios, in Cambridge, MA, with additional recording at Studio 900 in New York City and Reflection Studio in Charlotte, NC. In the US, the album reached #163 on the Billboard 200 while the single "Something to Say" reached #7 on the Hot Modern Rock Tracks chart.
"Fine Tuning" was a CD only bonus track.

This is the missing end track from the Showdown video, but I'm still not sure why it didn't post with the rest of the video. Though I have been naughty and posted many prohibited Prince videos and as a result got copyright warnings and a blocked video, So maybe as punishment they've limited my video time to the edited 22:50 they imposed on Showdown. If that's the case then my upcoming Earth, Wind & Fire video is in serious trouble. Oh well, they can't keep your Soul-jah down...here it is anyway!

Ok, this is once again a last minute replacement video. I had uploaded what was to be my final Prince video. Turns out that all 5 songs in the video are copyprotected. Enter the Isley Brothers. They're my backup band that I compare to chicken....when all else fails and you can't decide what to eat, choose chicken. I didn't feel like or plan on doing any video's today but, as fate would have it I had to fill this void. So now I'm off to fulfill my plan which is to stuff my face with barbecue ri.....uh, chicken. Update: This video was initially blocked, and then a few days later it was unblocked but they chopped off the end. The video is actually over 27mins long but the missing song is "Fun and games" which is the reason for this videos abrupt ending.

Yeah
Well, well, well
Yeah...hey...
Yeah
Hey...hey...
Driftin’ on a memory
Ain’t no place I’d rather be
Than with you, yeah
Lovin’ you, well, well, well
Day will make a way for night
All we’ll need is candlelight
And a song, yeah
Soft and long, well, ooh
Glad to be
Here alone with a lover unlike no other
Sad to see
A new horizon slowly comin’ into view, yeah
I wanna be livin’
For the love of you, oh, yes, I am
All that I’m givin’
Is for the love of you, alright now, ooh
Lovely as a ray of sun
That touches me when the mornin’ comes
Feels good to me, yeah
My love and me, well
Smoother than a gentle breeze
Flowin’ through my mind with ease
Soft as can be, well
When you’re lovin’ me, when you’re lovin’ me, ooh
Love to be
Ridin’ the waves of your love, enchanted with your touch
And it seems to me
We could sail together in and out of mystery, well
I wanna be livin’
For the love of you, alright now
All that I’m givin’
Is for the love of you, you got me, girl
I wanna be livin’
For the love of you, alright now
All that I’m givin’, givin’
Is for the love of you, oh, yes, I am
Paradise I have within
Can’t feel insecure again
You’re the key, well
And this I see, for I see
Now and then I lose my way
Confusin’ words to try and say
What I feel, yeah
Love is real, oh, love is real, ooh
I might as well
Sign my name on a card which could say it better
Time will tell
‘Cause it seems that I’ve done just about all that I can do
I know that I’m livin’
For the love of you, oh, yes, I am
I know that I’m livin’
For the love, love of you
Every, every day I’m livin’
For love of you
I’m livin’ for the love
Each and every day
I’m, oh, whoa, I’m, oh, yes, I am
I wanna say it one more time
Said I’m livin’
For the love
Each and every day I’m, oh, whoa, I’m
Lord knows I am
Right that there
Said I’m livin’
For the love, love of you
