Man, Glückwünsche on James someone I was very sorry to see go, a unique player who can open up a match with 1 move or a pass, will miss el nino de oro, will certainly watch many more of Bayerrns matches.
+2
James is absolute quality and the only reason Real didn't play him more was politics with CR7 he has to be the focal point and add Perez's statement signing Bale too.. An injured Bale started over James in El Classico too.. shows how the odds were stacked against James.
He will be a gem of a player no doubt

I dont understand why we let go of D.Costa
he would have been a direct replacement for Ribery (34 yrs old)
imo this was a mistake

how? did you see him play last season? he was lazy af and didnt give a s**t about bayern anymore. I am actually happy and surprised that we managed to get that much money of him
I watched almost every game of bayern last season, I agree with you that the passion was missing and he wasn't putting his 100 percent for the team however he was not given a regular spot due to Ribery being back from injury (understandable) .. but the real problem was that Ancelotti didn't believe in him and hardly ever utilized him.. hence , he decided to leave
Sorry but that ant an excuse, what was he expecting? To just walk in the team with the best wingers in the world?
I still remember when we were down to 10 men against Real(both times) the whole team was working their asses off and then he came in for Ribery, he got his shot. But what did he do instead? He was walking the the whole time, literally.
No matter how he does at Juventus Im very glad that we got rid of him, if a player doesnt give a s**t about this club they are welcomed to gtfo here.

Yeah we kinda just signed James for a 2 year loan with the OPTION to buy.
I'm kinda dancing on the table right now

You know with Bayern you never know what is actually happening we are like Ninjas on the transfer market lol
Fantastic news I am really excited to see him play for us :)

Holy s**t... your Midfield is even scarier now. how do you think Carlo will implement him in your formation?
Damn our board always manages to surprise me with these silent transfers.
Carlo played him on the wing when he was at Real and James did very well iirc, so with him coming here and D.Costa leaving for Juve and Sanchez transfer is off, theres only one place he gonna play.

Really? I mean sure he makes some mistakes but so was Mustafi during the Confederations cup, although in a back 3, his a solid player and at 24 his only going to improve. His fast, strong and good on his feet with the ball.
^ Well by your logic i can give zillion players who have improved for every zillion player who have not improved.
Playing games for Germany and for Conte in PL and Europe will only help him learn and cut down on mistakes. That is why people tell he can improve.
He had a good season at Roma who finished 2nd only 4 points behind dominate Juve...So can i ask you what makes you feel help will become like Pato?

I'm not talking specifically about Rudiger. I think he's a great player. I'm just questioning the rationale that young players will only get better when we've seen so many in fact get worse. I guess only time will tell.
I don't know how he played for Roma but for Germany games I watched of him, he was just poor.
That man does not know offside lines, I don't know how many times because of him players were sneaking in an offside trap, Kimmich or Ter Stegen having to save his mistake multiple times.
His passing was poor in games I watched, even his heading was shitt, not very strong (easily pushed around or dove easily).
But I agree with the statement that Conte improving him. Hopefully, the next game I watch of him with Germany he has cut down on his mistakes and improve his overall defensive game.

yea Im not sure either, why are we after all these unproven prospects, we need quality not quantity ugh
Seen some youtube videos of him and seems like a good player, both Juventus and Chelsea were after him as well. But yeah, we are already stacked in the midlefield and to pay so much money for unheard player is just too much.
Hope the board knows what they are doing and prove me wrong.

hes our replacement for alonso apparently, he looks great and has potential to be one of the best midfielders in the world. he has great vision, can score from any range, defensively very good so he can protect our back four and is a great athlete. That being said its still a big risk spending that much on a unproven player.
Tough day to be a juve fan, I mean to fall apart after such amazing a run to the final and not even show up?!! The boys know they have themselves to blame and should have played better. Equally kudos to the defending champions winning a cl isn't easy and winning two in a row, well that has never been done; except it just did!
Wow, won by15 points. Fair play guys! Congrats on the title. How many in a row now? Lol, remarkable consistency!
From one legend of the game to another. Thanks for the kind words, @gianluigibuffon! 👏 #DankePhilipp pic.twitter.com/2Tm5A5XLsB

Couldn't imagine seeing Germany without captain Lahm and now he leaves Bayern at 33. Too soon but what a legend!
