Paul Daniel "Ace" Frehley (/ˈfreɪli/; born April 27, 1951) is an American musician, singer and songwriter best known as the former lead guitarist and founding member of the rock band Kiss. He took on the persona of the "Spaceman" or "Space Ace" and played with the group from its inception in 1973 until his departure in 1982. After leaving Kiss, Frehley embarked on a solo career, which was put on hold when he rejoined Kiss in 1996 for a highly successful reunion tour.
His second tenure with Kiss lasted until 2002, when he left at the conclusion of what was originally purported to be the band's Farewell Tour. His most recent solo album, Space Invader, was released on August 19, 2014. Guitar World magazine ranked him as the 14th Greatest Metal Guitarist of All Time. His solos often incorporate the minor pentatonic scale and the usage of vibratos. Outside of Kiss, Frehley has continued to be commercially successful, with his first solo album going platinum. Frehley is also known for the use of many "whimsical" guitars, including a Gibson Les Paul guitar that emits smoke from the neck humbucker pickup and produces spinning pyrotechnics, and a custom Les Paul that emits light based on song tempo.

Chaim Witz (Hebrew: חיים ויץ; born August 25, 1949), better known as Gene Simmons, is an Israeli-American musician, singer, songwriter, record producer, entrepreneur, actor and television personality. Known by his stage persona The Demon, he is the bass guitarist and co-lead singer of Kiss, the rock band he co-founded in the early 1970s.
Chaim Witz was born at Rambam Hospital in Haifa, Israel, on August 25, 1949. At age 8, he immigrated to New York City with his mother, settling in the Jackson Heights section of Queens. Simmons was raised in a Jewish home where he practiced on his guitar hours without end. His mother, Flóra "Florence" Klein (formerly Kovács), was born in Jánd, Hungary. The name Klein, which means "small" in German, has the Hungarian equivalent Kis (a common Hungarian surname); this, however, did not give the band its name. Simmons' mother survived internment in Nazi concentration camps. She and her brother, Larry Klein, were the only members of the family to survive the Holocaust.
"New York Groove" is a song written by English singer/songwriter Russ Ballard, which was a hit for two different artists: the band Hello in 1975, and Ace Frehley in 1978.
The British glam rock band Hello first recorded the song in 1975, for their debut album, Keeps Us off the Streets.
The song was a number nine hit in the UK, and subsequently reached number seven in Germany.
Ace Frehley, best known as the lead guitarist of Kiss, recorded "New York Groove" for his first solo album, Ace Frehley, released in 1978; the album was released concurrently with solo albums from the other three Kiss members. Released as a single, the song made it to No. 13 on the Billboard Hot 100 late that year, by far the highest charting single from any of the four solo albums. Frehley once told Rolling Stone magazine that his unique take on the song was inspired by his experience with hookers in New York City's Times Square in the 1970s.
"New York Groove" was performed on Kiss's tours of 1979 and 1980, and became a staple of Frehley's shows during his solo tours in the 1980s and 90s, and again during the Reunion Tour when he rejoined Kiss in 1996.
New York is a state in the Northeastern United States and is the United States' 27th-most extensive, fourth-most populous, and seventh-most densely populated state. New York is bordered by New Jersey and Pennsylvania to the south and Connecticut, Massachusetts, and Vermont to the east. The state has a maritime border in the Atlantic Ocean with Rhode Island, east of Long Island, as well as an international border with the Canadian provinces of Quebec to the north and Ontario to the west and north. The state of New York, with an estimated 19.8 million residents in 2015, is often referred to as New York State to distinguish it from New York City, the state's most populous city and its economic hub.
With an estimated population of nearly 8.5 million in 2014, New York City is the most populous city in the United States and the premier gateway for legal immigration to the United States. The New York City Metropolitan Area is one of the most populous urban agglomerations in the world. New York City is a global city, exerting a significant impact upon commerce, finance, media, art, fashion, research, technology, education, and entertainment, its fast pace defining the term New York minute. The home of the United Nations Headquarters, New York City is an important center for international diplomacy and has been described as the cultural and financial capital of the world, as well as the world's most economically powerful city. New York City makes up over 40% of the population of New York State. Two-thirds of the state's population lives in the New York City Metropolitan Area, and nearly 40% live on Long Island. Both the state and New York City were named for the 17th century Duke of York, future King James II of England. The next four most populous cities in the state are Buffalo, Rochester, Yonkers, and Syracuse, while the state capital is Albany.
Net worth (sometimes called net or wealth) is the total assets minus total outside liabilities of an individual or a company. Net worth is used when talking about the value of a company or in personal finance for an individual's net economic position.
Put another way, net worth is any asset owned minus any debt owed. Net worth can be a negative number if one's debt owed is greater than the value of the assets owned.
Net worth in business is generally based on the value of all assets and liabilities at the carrying value which is the value as expressed on the financial statements. To the extent items on the balance sheet do not express their true (market) value, the net worth will also be inaccurate. On reading the balance sheet, if the accumulated losses exceed the shareholder's equity, it is a negative value for net worth.
For a company, this is called shareholders' preference and may be referred to as book value. Net worth is stated as at a particular year in time.
Net worth in this formulation is not an expression of the market value of the firm: the firm may be worth more (or less) if sold as a going concern.

Under Frehley's influence, Peter takes large cash advances on his newest credit card to go out every night. He even purchases his dream car, a classic '72 Volkswagen Bug. Frehley's easygoing take on life soon begins to affect Peter's co-workers as well. Before long Peter and his buddies Stan and Willie are having the time of their life. Not only are they meeting women, they're finally picking them up as well! An infamous edition of The Tomorrow Show broadcast on October 31, 1979, saw Snyder interview the rock group KISS. During the episode, a visibly irritated Gene Simmons (bass) and Paul Stanley (guitar) tried to contain the bombastic (and drunk) Ace Frehley (lead guitar), whose nonstop laughter and joking overshadowed the content and conversation taking place between Snyder and the rest of the band. Drummer Peter Criss made repeated references to his large gun collection, to the chagrin of Simmons.

Audio only SOME ACE FREHLEY ROCK SOLDIERS ROCK ON!! LYRICS: It was back in the summer of '83 There's a reason I remember it well I was slipping and sliding, drinkin' and drivin' Bringin' me closer to Hell And the Devil sat in the passenger's side Of Delorean's automobile He said: Hey Frehley, Frehley let's not be silly There's a life out there to steal Rock soldiers come And rock soldiers go And some hear the drum And some never know Rock soldiers! How do we know? Ace is back and he told you so. With a trooper in the mirror and Satan on my right We went the wrong way down a one way road Hitting everything in sight I cried "I am invincible" Said I was high above the law But my only high was just a lie And now I'm glad I saw Rock soldiers come And rock soldiers go And some hear the drum...

A great song deserves a great karaoke, sing along for the first time on Youtube. "Shandi" is a single hit by American hard rock band Kiss. Released on their 1980 album, Unmasked, the song was popular in Australia, where it reached number five on the Australian charts.[1] The song would prove to be a hit in other countries as well, making the top ten in three other countries. Shandi peaked at number 47 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 Chart.[2] Written by vocalist/guitarist Paul Stanley and producer Vini Poncia, the song was inspired by the Hollies cover of the Bruce Springsteen song "4th of July, Asbury Park (Sandy)".[3]

Verse 1:
The songs you sing My heart has grown to hate them
The meetings of the saints are all in vain
Under steeples marked with crosses I see darkness
For sin abounds under false pretenses
Chorus:
Wake up from your sleeping My redeemed
Remove the evil deeds from My eyes
See the orphan see the widow's needs
Learn to get on your knees and serve each other
Verse 2:
If you lift up your hands I will not see them
Even though your many prayers I will not hear
For My pleasure is not in the sacrifices
But in the righteousness of the heart that makes it
Chorus:
Wake up from your sleeping My redeemed
Remove the evil deeds from My eyes
See the orphan see the widow's needs
Learn to get on your knees and serve each other
Bridge:
Your sins are like scarlet but they will be white as snow
You wear evil like a garment but I'm giving you a brand new coat
And if you are willing to live by all My commands
You will know Jesus and you'll drink from the Father's hands
Chorus:
Wake up from your sleeping My redeemed
Remove the evil deeds from My eyes
See the orphan see the widow's needs
