BETTY BOO Is Doin The Do (1990)

Yeah, I know...Very childish - BUT I really loved this woman.
(Well, mainly in a sexual way probably.)
And I danced my legs down to my knees!

BETTY BOO with her biggest hits:
from her 1990 Album BOOMANIA.
These songs kind of belong to my mini series of my favourite early 1990s.
But then again they represent an even earlier decade of juvenilism. Before my mindless heavy drinking ages.
Dance & have fun!

FIRE NEXT TIME North To South (1988)

I know a lot of people out there in www that are desperately looking for this mega album from FIRE NEXT TIME (and some of them would probably kill for the original copy).
This rebel rock band recorded one record only. Now there is one other band called THE FIRE NEXT TIME which has nothing in common with this scorcher from the 80s.
If you love the REDSKINS you will also love FIRE NEXT TIME!
Northern Soul! Britpop!
With The Kick Horns!
The keyboard player was with THE MEN THEY COULDN'T HANG if I'm not wrong.

MORRISSEY Revelation (2010) 9-Track Vinyl Only

I found this more or less by accident.
Great compilation of rare or unreleased stuff released on vinyl only in january this year, unnoticed at least from me.
Some songs are now released on the before mentioned 20-years anniversary edition of "Bona Drag". Others have been released in different version before (e.g. "Please Help The Cause Against Loneliness" with Sandie Shaw - as posted here before). Others are released on "Southpaw Grammar Ltd.Ecolbook Version".

02 Please Help The Cause Against Loneliness
03 You Should Have Been Nice To Me
04 Fantastic Bird
05 Lifeguard On Duty
06 Happy Lovers United
07 Born To Hang

PRIMAL MONDAYS & HAPPY SCREAM DECADE (Vol.3) The Soup Dragons & Inspiral Carpets

My mini series of my favourite early 1990s!

Be Happy - Take Drugs - Love Madchester!
Kidding of course!
Stay cool and don't take drugs, OK?

Don't use drugs with
THE SOUP DRAGONS

and the
INSPIRAL CARPETS
This Is How It Feels

MADCHESTER UNITED
was the name of my band 10 years ago.
