A camel is an even-toed ungulate within the genus Camelus, bearing distinctive fatty deposits known as "humps" on its back. The two surviving species of camel are the dromedary, or one-humped camel (C. dromedarius), which inhabits the Middle East and the Horn of Africa; and the bactrian, or two-humped camel (C. bactrianus), which inhabits Central Asia. Both species have been domesticated; they provide milk, meat, hair for textiles or goods such as felted pouches, and are working animals with tasks ranging from human transport to bearing loads.
The term "camel" is derived via Latin and Greek (camelus and κάμηλος kamēlos respectively) from Hebrew or Phoenician gāmāl.
"Camel" is also used more broadly to describe any of the six camel-like mammals in the family Camelidae: the two true camels and the four New World camelids: the llama, alpaca, guanaco, and vicuña of South America.
The average life expectancy of a camel is 40 to 50 years. A full-grown adult camel stands 1.85 m (6 ft 1 in) at the shoulder and 2.15 m (7 ft 1 in) at the hump. Camels can run at up to 65 km/h (40 mph) in short bursts and sustain speeds of up to 40 km/h (25 mph). Bactrian camels weigh 300 to 1,000 kg (660 to 2,200 lb) and dromedaries 300 to 600 kg (660 to 1,320 lb).
The snow goose (Chen caerulescens), also known as the blue goose, is a North American species of goose. Its name derives from the typically white plumage. The genus of this bird is disputed. The American Ornithologists' Union and BirdLife International place this species and the other "white geese" in the Chen genus, while other authorities follow the traditional treatment of placing these species in the "gray goose" genus Anser.
This goose breeds north of the timberline in Greenland, Canada, Alaska, and the northeastern tip of Siberia, and spends winters in warm parts of North America from southwestern British Columbia through parts of the United States to Mexico. They fly as far south as Texas and Mexico during winter, and return to nest on the Arctic tundra each spring. It is a rare vagrant to Europe, but a frequent escape from collections and an occasional feral breeder. Snow geese are visitors to the British Isles where they are seen regularly among flocks of barnacle, Brent and Greenland white-fronted geese. There is also a feral population in Scotland from which many vagrant birds in Britain seem to derive.
A camel is a hoofed mammal.

SUBMIT YOU REAL OR FAKE QUESTIONS TO BillsChannel@gmail.com In this video I am taking a look at a bizarre camel photographed in Algeria. The photo claims the camel only has two legs! But is that for real? Or is this just another big fat photoshop fake? Bill and the team investigate. It was sent in by Abdel Taalba who said, Bill I found this on Facebook. It seems to be from Algeria. Real or Fake?” Well Abdel, you know when I first saw this I was like, “SO FAK IT’S FUNNY” but then I remembered another picture that came in last year. This was another one I was like “So Fak It’s Funny… I mean how could one dog survive like that much less two. But those two turned out to be real! They’re called the Kangaroo Dogs and they are from Quezon City in the Philippines. There is even a ...

I'm in a freefall, like a snowflake falling,
Down, down, down, down, down.
I close my eyes inside my head I starfall
Helpless to the ground.
Down, down, down, down, down, oh yeah.
Smoke rings around me and bright sparks of fire
Flash by as I go.
I've got the feeling and it takes me higher
Than I'll ever know.
Go, go, go, go, go. Oooh.
