How do I reset my password?Expand
You can reset your password at any time.
If you are logged in, click on My AFR and then the My Account option. On the My Account page click on the My Details tab. You will then need to click on the Login Details tab and it is here you will be able to edit your login details.
If you are not logged in, click on the login button and then you will be required to click on the ‘Forgot account login or password’ link. This will trigger an email to be sent to you.
You will need to be able to access your nominated email account and follow the steps outlined in the email to reset your password.
