Job Requirements
- Prior experience in customer support, both phone and email based
- An excellent work ethic, and a proactive attitude
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- An upbeat, positive personality
- A high level of attention to detail, and a belief in the importance of consistent procedure and detailed documentation
- Excellent computer skills, particularly: HTML, CSS, image manipulation, file type conversion, mail client configuration, etc
Preferred, But Not Required
- Knowledge of Search Engine Marketing and/or Social Media
- Knowledge of domain name management: name servers, forwarding, transfer process
- Graphic design/image editing experience, and general web design/layout knowledge
- JavaScript or other scripting/programming experience
