Dara Ó Briain (/ˌdɑːrə oʊˈbriən, ˌdærə-/; Irish pronunciation: [ˈd̪ˠaɾˠə oː ˈbʲɾʲiənʲ]; born 4 February 1972) is an Irish comedian and television presenter in the United Kingdom and Ireland. He is noted for hosting topical panel shows such as Mock the Week, The Panel, and The Apprentice: You're Fired!. His TV work also includes starring in and writing of television comedy and documentary series. Ó Briain has also been a newspaper columnist, with pieces published in national papers in both Britain and Ireland.
In 2009, the Irish Independent described Ó Briain as Britain's "favourite Irishman" and in 2010, Ó Briain was voted the 16th greatest stand-up comic on Channel 4's 100 Greatest Stand-Ups.
Ó Briain was born in 1972 in Bray, County Wicklow, and attended Coláiste Eoin secondary school, a Gaelcholáiste (Irish-medium school) on Dublin's southside. He attended University College Dublin (UCD), where he studied mathematics and theoretical physics. In 2008, he remarked: "I haven't written it into my act, but it occasionally comes through. I could come on with a chalkboard and say: 'Now you're all going to pay attention.'"
Dara is a name with more than one origin.
Dara , also known as Gbaya-Dara, is a Central Sudan language of South Sudan. It is one of the Kresh Languages. Though it is commonly called Gbaya, it is not one of the Abaya languages, which are in the Ubangian family.
Dara is a gotra (clan) of certain jats found in India. Members of the Dara gotra are found mainly in Rajasthan (Majority), and Haryana in India.
The Late Show may refer to:
The Late Late Show, with its title often shortened to The Late Late, is an Irish chat show. It is the world's second longest-running chat show, after the American The Tonight Show. Perceived as the official flagship television programme of Ireland's public service broadcaster Raidió Teilifís Éireann (RTÉ), it is regarded as an Irish television institution (even abroad) and is broadcast live across two hours plus in front of a studio audience on Friday nights between September and May at 21.30.
Having maintained the same name and format continuously, The Late Late Show was first broadcast on Friday, 6 July 1962 at 23.20 and in colour from 1976. Originating as temporary summer filler for a niche Saturday night audience (airing at 23.30), it later moved to its current home on Friday night schedules. The format has remained largely the same throughout—dialogue, comic sketches, musical performances, discourse on topical issues. It has influenced attitudes of the populace towards approval or disapproval of its chosen topics, directed social change and helped shape Irish societal norms. It averages 650,000 viewers per episode and has consistently achieved RTÉ's highest ratings.

Dara O'Briain is the Irish comic seemingly omnipresent on the panel show circuit including 'Mock The Week' and the chaotic improv rodeo 'Whose Line is it Anyway'. On your porch
There’s nothing better than the heat from this morning sun
Daylight creeps on
Waking up shadows
On your back… you told me
Things you swore you’d never tell
Every word your lips release
You know you turn me on
There’s so much I wanna do with you
You know you make me wanna stay
(Can I come inside with you)
There’s so much I wanna do with you
Does that work for you
Taste your lips
There’s nothing better that a kiss from the one you love
Can’t resist…
I give myself to you
I give myself to you
Tie you up
Pull out the diamonds
Pull out the snakes
Whatever you want
You know you turn me on
There’s so much I wanna do with you
You know you make me wanna stay
(Can I come inside with you)
There’s so much I wanna do with you
Does that work for you
Just get comfortable
And close your eyes
As they disappear inside your head
And you arch your back
And you start to scream
There’s so much I wanna do with you
You know you make me wanna stay
(Can I come inside with you)
There’s so much I wanna do with you
Does that work for you
