What are the dates of the 2018 Thomas P. Hinman Dental Meeting?

What are the exhibit space fees?

10' x 10' Linear Booth...........$3,235
10' x 10' Corner Booth..........$3,585
Island Surcharge....................$3,235 per booth eliminated

A $500 per 10' x 10' booth space deposit is due upon submitting the Exhibit Space application, and a 50% booth deposit of the total booth space is due at assignment (assignments start June 15). 

Where do I apply?

• You can apply here, on the website once the booth application goes live on March 22nd. 

• Go to one of the on-site kiosks in the Exhibitor Lounge (rear of the 1200 aisle) and next to the Exhibits Office (behind Eatery #2).

What do I need to apply?

Your Password. 

Your company contact will receive a reminder email with your password. Your password remains the same from previous years. Remember, you need your password for your priority points to be allocated to your application. If you have any questions, stop by the exhibits office or email Wendy McGar, Exhibits Manager at wmcgar@hinman.org. 

When do booth assignments start, and what is the deadline to apply for my priority points to hold my place in queue for assignment?

The deadline to apply to exhibit is June 1st, and booth assignments start June 15, 2017.
