If you love meatballs but don't like getting your hands dirty, these easy chicken balls can be made in a mini muffin tin. Hands clean!

ingredients
- 500 g chicken mince
- 1/4 cup oyster sauce
- 2 garlic clove
- 1 tbs self-raising flour
- 1 tbs fish sauce
- 1/2 cup coriander
- 160 ml coconut milk
method
- Preheat oven to 200ËšC. Spray two 12 hole muffin tins with olive oil.
- Combine mince, oyster sauce, garlic, flour, fish sauce, coriander and coconut milk in a large bowl.
- Place rounded tablespoons of mixture into prepared pans.
- Bake for about 15 minutes or until cooked.
