Sydney /ˈsɪdni/ is the state capital of New South Wales and the most populous city in Australia and Oceania. Located on Australia's east coast, the metropolis surrounds the world's largest natural harbour, and sprawls towards the Blue Mountains to the west. Residents of Sydney are known as "Sydneysiders". Sydney is the second official seat and second official residence of the Governor-General of Australia, the Prime Minister of Australia and the Cabinet of Australia.
The Sydney area has been inhabited by indigenous Australians since the Upper Paleolithic period. The first British settlers arrived in 1788 to found Sydney as a penal colony, the first European settlement in Australia. Since convict transportation ended in the mid-19th century, the city has transformed from a colonial outpost into a major global cultural and economic centre.
The population of Sydney at the time of the 2011 census was 4.39 million, 1.5 million of which were born overseas, representing many different nationalities and making Sydney one of the most multicultural cities in the world. There are more than 250 different languages spoken in Sydney and about one-third of residents speak a language other than English at home.
The English subjunctive is used to form sentences that do not describe known objective facts. These include statements about one's state of mind, such as opinion, belief, purpose, intention, or desire. The subjunctive mood is also used for statements that are contrary to fact, such as If I were a giraffe, … (subjunctive), as distinguished from I was a giraffe. Subjunctive statements often occur in dependent clauses, such as the subjunctive example in the preceding sentence. It contrasts with the indicative mood, which is used for statements of fact, such as He speaks English.
In Modern English, the subjunctive form of a verb often looks identical to the indicative form, and thus subjunctives are not a very visible grammatical feature of English. For most verbs, the only distinct subjunctive form is found in the third person singular of the present tense, where the subjunctive lacks the -s ending: It is necessary that he see a doctor (contrasted with the indicative he sees). However, the verb be has not only a distinct present subjunctive (be, as in I suggest that he be removed) but also a past subjunctive were (as in If he were rich, …).

"The Language" is a song by Canadian rapper Drake from his third studio album Nothing Was the Same (2013). "The Language" was produced by frequent collaborator Boi-1da, along with additional production by Allen Ritter and Vinylz. It also features an outro from Cash Money Records founder Birdman. The song was serviced to mainstream urban radio on October 29, 2013 as the fourth single from the album in the US and has peaked at number 51 on the Billboard Hot 100 chart.
In the early months of 2013, there were rumors of a disconnection between Drake and Cash Money Records, which only caught more fire due to him not appearing on the compilation album Rich Gang. On "The Language" Drake addresses these rumors saying, "Cash Money Records forever, I'm always Big-Tyming, bitch/ I came up right under Stunna." In August 2013, Big Sean released "Control" featuring Kendrick Lamar, where Lamar called out a group of rappers he has collaborated with including Drake, also saying he would "murder" them lyrically on a track. That same month, Drake spoke to Billboard, where he responded saying, "It just sounded like an ambitious thought to me. That's all it was. I know good and well that Kendrick's not murdering me, at all, in any platform." In a following interview he acted passively, putting down Lamar's verse as having no lasting significance.
An opera house is a theatre building used for opera performances that consists of a stage, an orchestra pit, audience seating, and backstage facilities for costumes and set building. While some venues are constructed specifically for operas, other opera houses are part of larger performing arts centers.
The first public opera house came into existence in 1637 as the Teatro San Cassiano in Venice, Italy, in a country where opera has been popular through the centuries among ordinary people as well as wealthy patrons; it still has a large number of working opera houses. In contrast, there was no opera house in London when Henry Purcell was composing and the first opera house in Germany was built in Hamburg in 1678. Early United States opera houses served a variety of functions in towns and cities, hosting community dances, fairs, plays, and vaudeville shows as well as operas and other musical events.
In the 17th and 18th centuries, opera houses were often financed by rulers, nobles, and wealthy people who used patronage of the arts to endorse their political ambitions and social positions or prestige. With the rise of bourgeois and capitalist social forms in the 19th century, European culture moved away from its patronage system to a publicly supported system. In the 2000s, most opera and theatre companies raise funds from a combination of government and institutional grants, ticket sales, and private donations.

Sydney Australia is famous for its beautiful beaches, so I decided to go find the best beaches that this city has to offer... Here is my list of the Best Beaches in Sydney Australia: BRONTE BEACH My list begins on the southside of Sydney’s incredible coastal walk with a family-friendly place called Bronte Beach. Natural and man-made pools protect you from the dangerous rip known as the Bronte Express. COOGEE BEACH Over Dolphin’s Point, There’s Coogee Beach, which is much larger than Bronte and also safer for swimming. Both Bronte and Coogee are located in really cool neighborhoods with some great places to eat and drink down by the water. CLOVELLY BEACH In between Coogee and Bronte is the concrete and rocky waterfront of Clovelly Beach - its the perfect place to go if you don’t...

Using these timeless techniques mean this film could have been existed in 1920, albeit with a 21st century twist - bringing our influences of global pop culture, modernist graphics and physics simulations into a playful exploration of this iconic building. Purpose built as Australia’s capital city, Canberra is a 3-hour drive from both the snowy mountains and the beautiful beaches of New South Wales. It is a city which honors Australia’s past and shapes its future. With an expansive bush beauty, a relaxed attitude and colorful events, Canberra is far more than a political capital. Designed for a young nation that was just finding its feet, this city is home to many of the country's most important stories; stories that have come to define what it means to be Australian. At the heart of Canberra’s creation story is Lake Burley Griffin. A long-standing rivalry between Sydney and Melbourne meant that neither one could be the nation’s capital. Instead, in 1911, the government launched an international design competition seeking a master plan for...

During your romp around the scenic coastline, make a stop at the Syndey Opera House and eye its magnificent architectural design. Looking for a little more adventure?

Singer/ Songwiter Sydney Renae Remakes Tyrese's "How you gonna act like that" Lyrics: If I could go back to the day we met I would probably do it all over again And I would choose not to be your friend When you ask me, I’ll just say I got a man It wouldn’t be no dates It would be no staying late at my house It would be no watching movies on my couch Shit went left, and I’m just trynna figure out Said you’d always be my baby then you bounced How you gonna’ up and leave like that When I gave you all I had I gave you the real me Told you all my feelings And you gonna’ turn around and front like you don’t feel me I put that on my life that I aint' see this coming Opened up my heart I should have never let you come in But I wish you well though Thats all that I could tell you Maybe in yo...

A global animation project by Universal Everything, collaborating with over 20 different animation studios worldwide to create a living mural on one of the world’s most iconic buildings. Embracing emerging technologies, Universal Everything’s process always starts from drawing. The hand drawn techniques seen in this film are akin to the early pioneers of animation Len Lye, Norman McLaren and Walt Disney. Using these timeless techniques mean this film could have been existed in 1920, albeit with a 21st century twist - bringing our influences of global pop culture, modernist graphics and physics simulations into a playful exploration of this iconic building. The wrong direction I'm misplaced, where no one knows my name
I'll walk straight in circles, searching for the perfect exit
Don't lead me back down the second wrong turn in my life
"Cause I've seen it all before, and I can't let it happen again", she said
If I was trailing would you wait for me?
I would stop with all the letters and have the decency
To arrive with something better yeah, i know it hurts,
But can you think of any better since the time we lost our ways?
And if you stop to think then you would know how much i really loved you
But now all i want is to cut you out of pictures of me and you, of you and me
And all the times we called good memories
(I know i could do better this time, always this time)
You and I, you and I
I'll write in cursive, you don't even know my name but
But inside your head, the idea escapes you
Where everything is so surreal right now
You're the one i used to always run to
Now the one I'd rather see sit on their own
And I can't be here forever holding your hand like I used to
Like I used to
And I'm so sorry that you can't take anything, what you get from me x2
It's all i have to give to you, to you
Cause if we make it through this night, I just pray you feel this pain
And if we make it through alright, I hope we never speak again
And if we make it through this night, I just pray you feel this pain
Save me once more leave me dying [x5]
Hate me once more leave me lying
