Nancy Sandra Sinatra (born June 8, 1940) is an American singer and actress. She is the daughter of the late singer/actor Frank Sinatra and is widely known for her 1966 signature hit "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'".
Other defining recordings include "Sugar Town", the 1967 number one "Somethin' Stupid" (a duet with her father), the title song from the James Bond film You Only Live Twice, several collaborations with Lee Hazlewood such as "Jackson", and her cover of Cher's "Bang Bang", which was used in the opening sequence of Quentin Tarantino's 2003 film Kill Bill: Volume 1.
Nancy Sinatra began her career as a singer and actress in the early 1960s, but initially achieved success only in Europe and Japan. In early 1966 she had a transatlantic number-one hit with "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'". She appeared on TV in high boots, and with colorfully dressed go-go dancers, creating a popular and enduring image of the Swinging Sixties. The song was written by Lee Hazlewood, who wrote and produced most of her hits and sang with her on several duets, including the critical and cult favorite "Some Velvet Morning". In 1966 and 1967, Sinatra charted with 13 titles, all of which featured Billy Strange as arranger and conductor.
Nancy may refer to:
A surname or family name is a name added to a given name. In many cases, a surname is a family name and many dictionaries define "surname" as a synonym of "family name". In the western hemisphere, it is commonly synonymous with last name because it is usually placed at the end of a person's given name.
In most Spanish-speaking and Portuguese-speaking countries, two or more last names (or surnames) may be used. In China, Hungary, Japan, Korea, Madagascar, Taiwan, Vietnam, and parts of India, the family name is placed before a person's given name.
The style of having both a family name (surname) and a given name (forename) is far from universal. In many countries, it is common for ordinary people to have only one name or mononym.
The concept of a "surname" is a relatively recent historical development, evolving from a medieval naming practice called a "byname". Based on an individual's occupation or area of residence, a byname would be used in situations where more than one person had the same name.
Bang Bang or Bang Bang Bang or similar may refer to:
"Sugar Town" is a song written by songwriter-producer Lee Hazlewood and first recorded by American singer Nancy Sinatra in 1966. As a single released under the Reprise label, it peaked at number five on the Billboard Hot 100 chart in December 1966, while reaching number one on the Easy Listening chart in January 1967. It became a gold record. The song was included on Nancy Sinatra's LP, Sugar, also released in 1966, and was featured in her 1967 TV special Movin' with Nancy, released on home video in 2000.
AllMusic.com reviewer Richie Unterberger describes "Sugar Town," Sinatra's second largest hit single, as “daintier” than the material for which she was known, with a “carefree” lyric backed by the “big hook” of a “circular happy-go-lucky pluck of a guitar” with “nicely muted horns and harpsichord” and “fetching double-tracking of Sinatra's voice on the slightly jazzy chorus.” A highlight, Unterberger writes, is the fadeout, where she dispenses with the lyrics and softly “la-las” the melody.

Nancy Sinatra and her superhit "Sugar Town", a super 60's hit. Nancy recorded that song in 1966 as part of her album "Sugar", and the cover of the LP was censored in Boston, cause she looks a pink bikini on it. Nancy Sinatra is a diva of 60's Rock.

Sinatra began her career as a singer and actress in the early 1960s, but initially achieved success only in Europe and Japan. Then she had a transatlantic number-one hit with "These Boots Are Made for Walkin'", which showed her provocative but good-natured style, and which popularized and made her synonymous with go-go boots. The promo clip featured a big-haired Sinatra and six young women in tight tops, go-go boots and mini-skirts. The song was written by Lee Hazlewood, who wrote and produced most of her hits and sang with her on several duets, including "Some Velvet Morning". In 1966 and 1967, Sinatra charted with 13 titles, all of which featured Billy Strange as arranger and conductor. Welcome Home Elvis was a 1960 television special on ABC starring Frank Sinatra and featuring Elvis Presley in his first televised appearance since coming home from his military service in Germany. The special was officially titled It's Nice to Go Traveling, but is more commonly known as Welcome Home Elvis having featured Elvis on his first TV appearance in three years. This was also Frank Sinatra's fourth and final television special that he did for sponsor Timex. The special also featured Sammy Davis, Jr., Joey Bishop, Peter Lawford, and Nancy Sinatra, who later starred with Elvis in his 1968 film Speedway. Elvis performed "Fame and Fortune" and "Stuck on You", which were the two sides of his first post-army single. He also performed a duet with Sinatra. Elvis performed Sinatra's classi...

I thought this was interesting enough to post despite missing the beginning. It is an in-depth look at Nancy Sinatra's life: A clip of her interviewing her dad Frank, her thoughts about posing for Playboy magazine, her marriages, and her life in general. A clip of her first husband, Tommy Sands (in 1995), is shown. Toward the end, Nancy and three of her good friends talk about their friendship. Also, a quick look at the Frank Sinatra and Dean Martin families posing together for a picture on the Dean Martin show.

Now she just got here yesterday
Things are pretty hot here now they say
There's a great big change around
Now all the girls are jealous there's no doubt
And still those stupid fellows are raving about
This here new chick in town
And ever since she came
You can hear all the people playing
No gal made has got a shade
On sweet Georgia Brown, yeah
Two left feet but, oh, so neat
That's sweet Georgia Brown
Boys all sigh and want to die
For sweet Georgia Brown
I'm tellin' you why
And you know I don't lie, not much
It's been said she knocks 'em dead
When she lands in town
Since she came, it's a dog gone shame
How she cools 'em down
The fellas she can't get
They other fellas she ain't met, yet
Georgia claimed her, Georgia named her
Sweet, sweet Georgia Brown
All those tips the porter slips
To sweet, sweet Georgia Brown
She buys clothes at fashion shows
With just one dollar down, yeah
Oh, boy, tip your hats
Ohh, boy, she's the cash
Who's that mister? It ain't a sister
That's sweet Georgia Brown
I love it, I love it, pretty hear this one
Georgia's gonna play the tambourine now
Man, I wanna tell you people
I'm sure glad I wasn't around that town
When Georgia Brown was around that town
Sweet, sweet Georgia
Talking 'bout old Georgia Brown, yeah
