Srinagar, Kashmir, India: Video shows the Shikara (Boat) ride on very popular Dal Lake in Srinagar. Shikara ride is a must do activity for every tourist and is popular the world over, along with the stay in over 1000 House Boats on the lake. Boat passes through Nehru Garden, Floating Market, Village, Vegetable Farms, Lotus Farm, House Boats, and Meena Bazaar. The ride takes at least 1 hour and really very enjoyable.

Dal lake is mentioned as Mahasarit (Sanskrti-महासरित्) in ancient Sanskrit texts. Ancient history records mention that a village named Isabar to the east of Dal Lake was the residence of goddess Durga. This place was known as Sureshwari on the bank of the lake, which was sourced by a spring called the Satadhara.
During the Mughal period, the Mughal rulers of India designated Kashmir, Srinagar in particular, as their summer resort. They developed the precincts of the Dal lake in Srinagar with sprawling Mughal-type gardens and pavilions as pleasure resorts to enjoy the salubrious cool climate. After the death of Aurangzeb in 1707, which led to the disintegration of the Mughal Empire, Pashtun tribes in the area around the lake and city increased, and the Durrani Empire ruled the city for several decades.In 1814 a significant part of the Kashmir valley, including Srinagar, was annexed by Raja Ranjit Singh to his kingdom, and the Sikhs grew in influence in the region for 27 years.

Beautiful Scenes Of Kashmir Just After Jawahar Tunnel - On the way from Srinagar To Jammu.
Jawahar Tunnel or Banihal Tunnel is a road tunnel in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. Named after the first Prime Minister of India Jawaharlal Nehru, it was constructed for round-the-year surface transport by Alfred Kunz and C. Barsel (both were German) between 1954 and 1960. The Jawahar tunnel has been operational since 22 December 1956. The length of tunnel is 2.85 km (1.77 mi), its elevation is 2,194 m (7,198 ft) and it has one lane road in either direction. It is situated between Banihāl and Qazigund on NH 1A that has been renumbered NH 44.[1] The tunnel facilitates round-the-year road connectivity from Srinagar to Jammu.
Later the tunnel was renovated by the Border Roads Organization under the project BEACON in 1960. It was designed for 150 vehicles per day in each direction but the number of vehicles is now 7,000 in both directions. After renovations, the tunnel now has a two-way ventilation system, pollution & temperature sensors, lighting system and with emergency phones for any assistance from Border Roads Organization.
It is guarded by military round the clock, photography or videography inside or nearby the tunnel is strictly prohibited.[2] Once the vehicle enters the tunnel, it has to maintain the same speed throughout the tunnel. CCTVs are installed in the tunnel for continuous monitoring.
The tunnel used to be closed for civilian traffic between midnight and 8 a.m. until 2009. Now it is open all 24 hours of the day.
A new higher capacity, all-weather tunnel (Banihal Qazigund Road Tunnel) under construction (as of Jan 2017) is expected to reduce the traffic through the Jawahar tunnel when completed.

I met this Italian girl in Delhi when she was about to start her India trip. She spoke of starting from the top ie Kashmir but had been warned by other people not to go because "there are muslims there" and "there is conflict". We ended up becoming good friends and at the end of my trip I invited her to come see Kashmir and stay with my family.

Traffic passes through the market area of Lal Chowk in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India.
Lal Chowk is a city square in Srinagar in the Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir. Lal Chowk was named so by Left-wing activists inspired by the Russian Revolution as they fought Maharaja Hari Singh. It is a traditional place for political meetings with Jawaharlal Nehru, India's first Prime Minister, Sheikh Abdullah, Kashmir's first premier and various other Kashmiri leaders having addressed people from it.
It was at Lal chowk that Jawaharalal Nehru unfurled the national flag in 1948. It was here that he promised Kashmiris a referendum to choose their political future. It was in Lal Chowk that Sheikh Abdullah announced his love for Jawaharlal Nehru and India in a Persian couplet saying “Man Tu Shudi, Tu Man Shudi, Ta Kas Na Goyed, Man Degram Tu Degri (I became you and You became I; so none can say we are separate)”.
On 2 November 1947 that Nehru,standing beside Abdullah, addressed thousands and said “The fate of Kashmir will ultimately be decided by the people. We have given that pledge and Maharaja (Hari Singh) had supported it. It is not only a pledge to the people of Kashmir but to the world. We will not, and cannot back out of it,” promised Nehru.
The 1993 Lal Chowk fire refers to the arson attack on the main commercial center of downtown Srinagar, Kashmir that took place on 10 April 1993. The fire is alleged to be started by a crowd incited by militants, while civilians and police officials interviewed by Human Rights Watch and other organisations allege that the Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) didn't provide enough protection to the building and did not allow the police to rescue of people, apparently in retaliation for the burning of an abandoned BSF building by local residents.
Bajaj Electricals built the Clock tower in 1980 with the idea just to make its presence felt in the city centre. For Bajaj, it was a huge advertisement opportunity in Lal Chowk but for Srinagar residents, it was just a fancy tower and a popular landmark with no political symbolism.
The Clock Tower gained political significance in 1992 when the then Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Murli Manohar Joshi came to hoist the Tricolour atop the tower on Republic Day. Joshi’s move brought several militant groups together, uniting them against India. With Kashmiris locked inside their homes, Joshi hoisted the flag in the company of soldiers. He had to be whisked away in haste when a rocket fired by militants landed some metres away from the tower.
Since then, the BSF and the CRPF undertook the hoisting ceremony until 2009 when they announced it was unnecessary to continue the ritual because the tower “had no political significance” and an official function was held at the nearby Bakshi Stadium on Republic day and Independence day anyway.

Authorities imposed restrictions in parts of Srinagar on Friday to prevent a protest shutdown called by Joint Resistance Leadership..
Srinagar District Magistrate Farooq Ahmad Lone said restrictions under section 144 CrPc were imposed in areas falling under the jurisdiction of eight police stations -- Rainawari, Khanyar, Nowhatta, M.R.Gunj, Safa Kadal, Maisuma, Kralkhud and Ram Munshibagh.
The resistance leadership has also called for a sit-in outside the uptown Sonawar headquarters of the UN Military Observers Group in India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP) against "repression and innocent killings in Kashmir".

Srinagar /ˈsriˌnʌɡʌr/ (
listen ) is the largest city and the summer capital of the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. It lies on the banks of the Jhelum River, a tributary of the Indus, and Dal and Anchar lakes. The city is famous for its gardens, waterfronts and houseboats. It is also known for traditional Kashmiri handicrafts and dried fruits.
Origin of names
Folk etymology draws the city name from two Sanskrit words: śrī ("glory, prosperity", a name for the goddess Lakshmi) and nagar("city"), which would make "City of Lakshmi" (or, "City of Prosperity").
However, the earliest records mention the name as siri-nagar which in turn is a local transformation of the original Sanskrit name sūrya-nagar, meaning "City of Sun" (or, of sun god).
History
Ancient period
The Burzahom archaeological site located 10 km from Srinagar has revealed the presence of neolithic and megalithic cultures.
According to Kalhana's 12th century text Rajatarangini, a king named Pravarasena II established a new capital named Pravarapura (also known as Pravarasena-pura). Based on topographical details, Pravarapura appears to be same as the modern city of Srinagar. Aurel Stein dates the king to sixth century CE.

Traffic passes through the market area of Lal Chowk in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Lal Chowk is a city square in Srinagar in the Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir. Lal Chowk was named so by Left-wing activists inspired by the Russian Revolution as they fought Maharaja Hari Singh. It is a traditional place for political meetings with Jawaharlal Nehru, India's first Prime Minister, Sheikh Abdullah, Kashmir's first premier and various other Kashmiri leaders having addressed people from it. It was at Lal chowk that Jawaharalal Nehru unfurled the national flag in 1948. It was here that he promised Kashmiris a referendum to choose their political future. It was in Lal Chowk that Sheikh Abdullah announced his love for Jawaharlal Nehru and India in a Persian couplet saying “Man Tu Shudi, Tu Man Shudi, Ta Kas Na Goyed, Man Degram Tu Degri (I became you and You became I; so none can say we are separate)”. On 2 November 1947 that Nehru,standing beside Abdullah, addressed thousands and said “The fate of Kashmir will ultimately be decided by the people. We have given that pledge and Maharaja (Hari Singh) had supported it. It is not only a pledge to the people of Kashmir but to the world. We will not, and cannot back out of it,” promised Nehru. The 1993 Lal Chowk fire refers to the arson attack on the main commercial center of downtown Srinagar, Kashmir that took place on 10 April 1993. The fire is alleged to be started by a crowd incited by militants, while civilians and police officials interviewed by Human Rights Watch and other organisations allege that the Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) didn't provide enough protection to the building and did not allow the police to rescue of people, apparently in retaliation for the burning of an abandoned BSF building by local residents. Bajaj Electricals built the Clock tower in 1980 with the idea just to make its presence felt in the city centre. For Bajaj, it was a huge advertisement opportunity in Lal Chowk but for Srinagar residents, it was just a fancy tower and a popular landmark with no political symbolism. The Clock Tower gained political significance in 1992 when the then Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Murli Manohar Joshi came to hoist the Tricolour atop the tower on Republic Day. Joshi’s move brought several militant groups together, uniting them against India. With Kashmiris locked inside their homes, Joshi hoisted the flag in the company of soldiers. He had to be whisked away in haste when a rocket fired by militants landed some metres away from the tower. Since then, the BSF and the CRPF undertook the hoisting ceremony until 2009 when they announced it was unnecessary to continue the ritual because the tower “had no political significance” and an official function was held at the nearby Bakshi Stadium on Republic day and Independence day anyway. Authorities imposed restrictions in parts of Srinagar on Friday to prevent a protest shutdown called by Joint Resistance Leadership.. Srinagar District Magistrate Farooq Ahmad Lone said restrictions under section 144 CrPc were imposed in areas falling under the jurisdiction of eight police stations -- Rainawari, Khanyar, Nowhatta, M.R.Gunj, Safa Kadal, Maisuma, Kralkhud and Ram Munshibagh. The resistance leadership has also called for a sit-in outside the uptown Sonawar headquarters of the UN Military Observers Group in India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP) against "repression and innocent killings in Kashmir".

After the death of Aurangzeb in 1707, which led to the disintegration of the Mughal Empire, Pashtun tribes in the area around the lake and city increased, and the Durrani Empire ruled the city for several decades.In 1814 a significant part of the Kashmir valley, including Srinagar, was annexed by Raja Ranjit Singh to his kingdom, and the Sikhs grew in influence in the region for 27 years.

Later the tunnel was renovated by the Border Roads Organization under the project BEACON in 1960. It was designed for 150 vehicles per day in each direction but the number of vehicles is now 7,000 in both directions. After renovations, the tunnel now has a two-way ventilation system, pollution & temperature sensors, lighting system and with emergency phones for any assistance from Border Roads Organization.
It is guarded by military round the clock, photography or videography inside or nearby the tunnel is strictly prohibited.[2] Once the vehicle enters the tunnel, it has to maintain the same speed throughout the tunnel. CCTVs are installed in the tunnel for continuous monitoring.
The tunnel used to be closed for civilian traffic between midnight and 8 a.m. until 2009. Now it is open all 24 hours of the day.
A new higher capacity, all-weather tunnel (Banihal Qazigund Road Tunnel) under construction (as of Jan 2017) is expected to reduce the traffic through the Jawahar tunnel when completed.

She spoke of starting from the top ie Kashmir but had been warned by other people not to go because "there are muslims there" and "there is conflict". We ended up becoming good friends and at the end of my trip I invited her to come see Kashmir and stay with my family.

Traffic passes through the market area of Lal Chowk in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India.
Lal Chowk is a city square in Srinagar in the Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir. Lal Chowk was named so by Left-wing activists inspired by the Russian Revolution as they fought Maharaja Hari Singh. It is a traditional place for political meetings with Jawaharlal Nehru, India's first Prime Minister, Sheikh Abdullah, Kashmir's first premier and various other Kashmiri leaders having addressed people from it.
It was at Lal chowk that Jawaharalal Nehru unfurled the national flag in 1948. It was here that he promised Kashmiris a referendum to choose their political future. It was in Lal Chowk that Sheikh Abdullah announced his love for Jawaharlal Nehru and India in a Persian couplet saying “Man Tu Shudi, Tu Man Shudi, Ta Kas Na Goyed, Man Degram Tu Degri (I became you and You became I; so none can say we are separate)”.
On 2 November 1947 that Nehru,standing beside Abdullah, addressed thousands and said “The fate of Kashmir will ultimately be decided by the people. We have given that pledge and Maharaja (Hari Singh) had supported it. It is not only a pledge to the people of Kashmir but to the world. We will not, and cannot back out of it,” promised Nehru.
The 1993 Lal Chowk fire refers to the arson attack on the main commercial center of downtown Srinagar, Kashmir that took place on 10 April 1993. The fire is alleged to be started by a crowd incited by militants, while civilians and police officials interviewed by Human Rights Watch and other organisations allege that the Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) didn't provide enough protection to the building and did not allow the police to rescue of people, apparently in retaliation for the burning of an abandoned BSF building by local residents.
Bajaj Electricals built the Clock tower in 1980 with the idea just to make its presence felt in the city centre. For Bajaj, it was a huge advertisement opportunity in Lal Chowk but for Srinagar residents, it was just a fancy tower and a popular landmark with no political symbolism.
The Clock Tower gained political significance in 1992 when the then Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Murli Manohar Joshi came to hoist the Tricolour atop the tower on Republic Day. Joshi’s move brought several militant groups together, uniting them against India. With Kashmiris locked inside their homes, Joshi hoisted the flag in the company of soldiers. He had to be whisked away in haste when a rocket fired by militants landed some metres away from the tower.
Since then, the BSF and the CRPF undertook the hoisting ceremony until 2009 when they announced it was unnecessary to continue the ritual because the tower “had no political significance” and an official function was held at the nearby Bakshi Stadium on Republic day and Independence day anyway.

Traffic passes through the market area of Lal Chowk in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India. Lal Chowk is a city square in Srinagar in the Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir. Restrictions in Srinagar to prevent UN march
Authorities imposed restrictions in parts of Srinagar on Friday to prevent a protest shutdown called by Joint Resistance Leadership.. Srinagar District Magistrate Farooq Ahmad Lone said restrictions under section 144 CrPc were imposed in areas falling under the jurisdiction of eight police stations -- Rainawari, Khanyar, Nowhatta, M.R.Gunj, Safa Kadal, Maisuma, Kralkhud and Ram Munshibagh. The resistance leadership has also called for a sit-in outside the uptown Sonawar headquarters of the UN Military Observers Group in India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP) against "repression and innocent killings in Kashmir".

After renovations, the tunnel now has a two-way ventilation system, pollution & temperature sensors, lighting system and with emergency phones for any assistance from Border Roads Organization.
It is guarded by military round the clock, photography or videography inside or nearby the tunnel is strictly prohibited.[2] Once the vehicle enters the tunnel, it has to maintain the same speed throughout the tunnel. CCTVs are installed in the tunnel for continuous monitoring.
The tunnel used to be closed for civilian traffic between midnight and 8 a.m. until 2009. Now it is open all 24 hours of the day.
A new higher capacity, all-weather tunnel (Banihal Qazigund Road Tunnel) under construction (as of Jan 2017) is expected to reduce the traffic through the Jawahar tunnel when completed.

She spoke of starting from the top ie Kashmir but had been warned by other people not to go because "there are muslims there" and "there is conflict". We ended up becoming good friends and at the end of my trip I invited her to come see Kashmir and stay with my family.

Traffic passes through the market area of Lal Chowk in Srinagar, Jammu and Kashmir, India.
Lal Chowk is a city square in Srinagar in the Indian state of Jammu & Kashmir. Lal Chowk was named so by Left-wing activists inspired by the Russian Revolution as they fought Maharaja Hari Singh. It is a traditional place for political meetings with Jawaharlal Nehru, India's first Prime Minister, Sheikh Abdullah, Kashmir's first premier and various other Kashmiri leaders having addressed people from it.
It was at Lal chowk that Jawaharalal Nehru unfurled the national flag in 1948. It was here that he promised Kashmiris a referendum to choose their political future. It was in Lal Chowk that Sheikh Abdullah announced his love for Jawaharlal Nehru and India in a Persian couplet saying “Man Tu Shudi, Tu Man Shudi, Ta Kas Na Goyed, Man Degram Tu Degri (I became you and You became I; so none can say we are separate)”.
On 2 November 1947 that Nehru,standing beside Abdullah, addressed thousands and said “The fate of Kashmir will ultimately be decided by the people. We have given that pledge and Maharaja (Hari Singh) had supported it. It is not only a pledge to the people of Kashmir but to the world. We will not, and cannot back out of it,” promised Nehru.
The 1993 Lal Chowk fire refers to the arson attack on the main commercial center of downtown Srinagar, Kashmir that took place on 10 April 1993. The fire is alleged to be started by a crowd incited by militants, while civilians and police officials interviewed by Human Rights Watch and other organisations allege that the Indian Border Security Forces (BSF) didn't provide enough protection to the building and did not allow the police to rescue of people, apparently in retaliation for the burning of an abandoned BSF building by local residents.
Bajaj Electricals built the Clock tower in 1980 with the idea just to make its presence felt in the city centre. For Bajaj, it was a huge advertisement opportunity in Lal Chowk but for Srinagar residents, it was just a fancy tower and a popular landmark with no political symbolism.
The Clock Tower gained political significance in 1992 when the then Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP) president Murli Manohar Joshi came to hoist the Tricolour atop the tower on Republic Day. Joshi’s move brought several militant groups together, uniting them against India. With Kashmiris locked inside their homes, Joshi hoisted the flag in the company of soldiers. He had to be whisked away in haste when a rocket fired by militants landed some metres away from the tower.
Since then, the BSF and the CRPF undertook the hoisting ceremony until 2009 when they announced it was unnecessary to continue the ritual because the tower “had no political significance” and an official function was held at the nearby Bakshi Stadium on Republic day and Independence day anyway.

The resistance leadership has also called for a sit-in outside the uptown Sonawar headquarters of the UN Military Observers Group in India and Pakistan (UNMOGIP) against "repression and innocent killings in Kashmir".

Sonamarg, Srinagar, Kashmir, India: Sonamarg or "Meadow of Gold" is a popular tourist attraction and hill station in Ganderbal district in the Indian state of Jammu and Kashmir. Sonamarg is situated at the bank of Nallah Sindh, 87 km north-east from Srinagar and at an altitude of 2800 metres above sea level. The journey from Srinagar to Sonamarg by car along Srinagar-Ladakh Road or National Highway 1D is spectacular. The journey is upwards of sixty miles long valley and deep rock-girt gorge to open grassy meadow land and village-dotted slopes. Nallah Sindh, the largest tributary of the Jehlum River will be your companion along the entire journey.

The tourist attractions around Sonamarg are:
Krishnasar Lake, Sonamarg - Located at a height of 3801 m above sea level, Krishnasar Lake is one of the most mesmerizing lakes in Sonamarg. Surrounded by dense alpines, the place offers cool and pleasant atmosphere. The lake is popular for trout fishing while people also enjoy other water activities here.
Thajiwas Glacier, Sonamarg - Sonamarg offer many adventurous routes with amazing green water & frozen lakes around and Thajiwas glacier is a one such major tourist attraction in the region. Located 7 km from Sonamarg, it is an ideal spot for enjoying a sledge ride on the snow even in mid-summer. The nearby area is perfect camping site too.
Nilagrad River, Sonamarg - Situated 6 km from Sonamarg is the Nilagrad River, a major attraction known for its reddish water. According to the locals, the water has curative power of various diseases and many people visit this place every Sunday to bath in the river.
Vishansar Lake, Sonamarg - Perched at a height of 3710 m above sea level, Vishansar Lake lies around 35 km from Shitkadi, Sonmarg. With a length of a kilometre and a width of 0.6 km, this charming lake is among the visitor’s delight in Sonmarg. The spectacular surrounding with snow covered mountains and meadows around with alpine flowers make it a haven for trekkers and adventure lovers. Besides, the lake is home to different species of fishes.
Zoji-La Pass, Sonamarg - About 20 km east of Sonamarg is Zoji-la pass, the gateway to the Ladakh plateau. Situated at a height of about 3,528 m above sea level, the pass connects Kashmir Valley to Ladakh, Kashmir Valley to its south and Ladakh to its North. It is an ideal spot to enjoy the scenic beauty.

Kashmir là ở đâu? Kashmir một địa điểm du lịch cực kỳ hấp dẫn ở phía bắc Ấn Độ giáp với Pakistan, một vùng tranh chấp của Ấn và Pakistan hơn 15 năm qua, nơi có tuyến cáp treo cao nhất thế giới ở dãy Himalaya với chiều dài 2,5km nối thung lũng Kongdoori với đỉnh Afarwat với chiều cao 4390m, Gulmarg một nơi có sườn núi rất thích hợp cho việc trượt tuyết với độ cao 2730 so với mặt nước biển.
Hành trình khám phá Kashmir từ thủ đô New Delhi chúng tôi bay đến Srinagar từ đây hành trình 3 ngày 2 đêm bắt đầu với chèo thuyền trên hồ rồi leo núi Gulmarg hấp dẫn chơi đùa cùng tuyết với không gian núi non trùng điệp bao la hùng vĩ trên đỉnh núi đầy tuyết trắng đẹp mắt.
Sau gần 2 tiếng di chuyển bằng xe 4 bánh để đến chân núi khu du lịch Kashmir - Jammu - Gulmarg, chúng tôi bắt đầu việc trang bị giày ủng đi tuyết tránh lạnh chân, mắt kính, áo ấm ...sau đó bắt đầu di chuyển lên núi với các đường quanh co đẹp mắt với 2 bên đường là tuyết trắng với rừng thông.
Để bắt đầu bạn có thể đi bộ lên đỉnh cáp treo đầu tiên hay thuê người kéo xe gỗ tự chế với phần dưới là thép, ngồi xe ngắm tuyết thật thú vị khi có người kéo hay trải nghiệm cảm giác băng qua thung lũng khi ở các con dốc, người kéo sẽ ngồi sau lưng bạn hay trước mặt để điều khiển. Rất thú vị hơn nhiều nếu so với chơi trượt ở đồi cát Mũi Né nếu bạn đã từng đi. Phí cho cho kéo xe trượt tuyết 2 chiều là khoảng 1600 rupee, sẽ có người đi kèm sau lưng bạn đề nghị hỗ trợ, bạn có thể im lặng nếu không rành tiếng Anh và từ chối nếu biết, nhưng nếu rủnh rỉnh bạn có thể tips cho họ nhé.

Du lịch Ấn Độ đi đến khu trượt tuyết Jammu và Gulmarg ở Srinagar bang Kashmir của Ấn Độ tháng 03.2017 cùng kênh ZaiTri một hành trình mới lạ hấp dẫn hơn mênh danh là Thuỵ Sĩ thu nhỏ.
Gulmarg một thị trấn nhỏ, một địa điểm trượt tuyết nổi tiếng ở Jammu & Kashmir, Gulmarg Gondola một điểm thu hút trượt tuyết với mùa đông bắt đầu từ tháng 12 đến tháng 4 với thời tiết thuận lợi cho môn trượt tuyết và ngắm tuyết rơi, bình yên, thiên nhiên trong lành, chim hót véo von được mênh danh là Thuỵ Sĩ thu nhỏ ở Ấn Độ được người Anh tìm thấy từ thế kỷ 19

Kashmir là ở đâu? Kashmir một địa điểm du lịch cực kỳ hấp dẫn ở phía bắc Ấn Độ giáp với Pakistan, một vùng tranh chấp của Ấn và Pakistan hơn 15 năm qua, nơi có tuyến cáp treo cao nhất thế giới ở dãy Himalaya với chiều dài 2,5km nối thung lũng Kongdoori với đỉnh Afarwat với chiều cao 4390m, Gulmarg một nơi có sườn núi rất thích hợp cho việc trượt tuyết với độ cao 2730 so với mặt nước biển.
Hành trình khám phá Kashmir từ thủ đô New Delhi chúng tôi bay đến Srinagar từ đây hành trình 3 ngày 2 đêm bắt đầu với chèo thuyền trên hồ rồi leo núi Gulmarg hấp dẫn chơi đùa cùng tuyết với không gian núi non trùng điệp bao la hùng vĩ trên đỉnh núi đầy tuyết trắng đẹp mắt.
Sau gần 2 tiếng di chuyển bằng xe 4 bánh để đến chân núi khu du lịch Kashmir - Jammu - Gulmarg, chúng tôi bắt đầu việc trang bị giày ủng đi tuyết tránh lạnh chân, mắt kính, áo ấm ...sau đó bắt đầu di chuyển lên núi với các đường quanh co đẹp mắt với 2 bên đường là tuyết trắng với rừng thông.
Để bắt đầu bạn có thể đi bộ lên đỉnh cáp treo đầu tiên hay thuê người kéo xe gỗ tự chế với phần dưới là thép, ngồi xe ngắm tuyết thật thú vị khi có người kéo hay trải nghiệm cảm giác băng qua thung lũng khi ở các con dốc, người kéo sẽ ngồi sau lưng bạn hay trước mặt để điều khiển. Rất thú vị hơn nhiều nếu so với chơi trượt ở đồi cát Mũi Né nếu bạn đã từng đi. Phí cho cho kéo xe trượt tuyết 2 chiều là khoảng 1600 rupee, sẽ có người đi kèm sau lưng bạn đề nghị hỗ trợ, bạn có thể im lặng nếu không rành tiếng Anh và từ chối nếu biết, nhưng nếu rủnh rỉnh bạn có thể tips cho họ nhé.
