Fast unglaublich, aber wahr. Der AROCS fährt in Schrittgeschwindigkeit bergab ohne dass die Bremse betätigt wird.
Die eingebaute Turbo Retarder Kupplung VIAB (auch TRK genannt) von Voith macht es möglich.
Das Bremsmoment wird dabei verschleißfrei mit Hilfe von Öl übertragen. VIAB wird zu einem hydrodynamischen Retarder.
Technisch kein Problem, aber es gehört viel Mut dazu rückwärts ins "Nichts" zu fahren und dann nur noch den Himmel zu sehen.
Unten angekommen wird der Vorwärtsgang eingelegt und das Fahrzeug fährt mit VIAB (arbeitet jetzt als hydrodynamische Turbokupplung) bergauf. Die Reibkupplung ist dabei geöffnet, das Drehmoment wird wiederum über Öl verschleißfrei übertragen. Das Anfahren in der Steigung erfolgt ebenfalls via VIAB.

Fast unglaublich, aber wahr. Der AROCS fährt in Schrittgeschwindigkeit bergab ohne dass die Bremse betätigt wird.
Die eingebaute Turbo Retarder Kupplung VIAB (auch TRK genannt) von Voith macht es möglich.
Das Bremsmoment wird dabei verschleißfrei mit Hilfe von Öl übertragen. VIAB wird zu einem hydrodynamischen Retarder.
Technisch kein Problem, aber es gehört viel Mut dazu rückwärts ins "Nichts" zu fahren und dann nur noch den Himmel zu sehen.
Unten angekommen wird der Vorwärtsgang eingelegt und das Fahrzeug fährt mit VIAB (arbeitet jetzt als hydrodynamische Turbokupplung) bergauf. Die Reibkupplung ist dabei geöffnet, das Drehmoment wird wiederum über Öl verschleißfrei übertragen. Das Anfahren in der Steigung erfolgt ebenfalls via VIAB.
