    On 7/3/18, a took 50 Kg to market. He got Rs 75 for 50 Kg Brinjals. He paid Rs 60 for transport & Rs 10 for "hamaali" i.e. end up with Rs 5 for his 50 Kg . Hope, everybody understands, the reason of Farmer STRIKE--1-10 June

    Indian spray a deadly cocktail of because government lacks staff to guide them. The Govt's farm extension system is crumbling. Pvt companies have stepped into the vacuum but they have commercial interests in overselling .

    Agriculture is key to rural development. The Central Government attaches great importance to better productivity and self-reliance in the agriculture sector. The decision on neem coated urea has positively impacted several farmers.

    Things are bad in U.S when the coop sends the suicide hotline number with the payment. Milk prices are currently about $15 per hundred weight while cost of production at family farms is more than $22 per hundred weight.

    In 2016 the U.S ’ share of the food dollar fell to 14.8 cents. When adjusted for inflation, in 2009 dollars, the farmers’ share of the food dollar was 12.2 cents, down 11.6% from 2015. I bet,our share is way less
