ACAPPELLA SHOWDOWN. This 1999 collection
includes previously-unreleased tracks by groups such
as Charm, the Emerys, Camelots, Choice, Sheps and
Attributes, some of whom never made it big, or even
into the record books, but were nonetheless
distinctive contributors to the doo-wop scene and are
preserved on the Showdown Series.

MoondawgShow Thank you for some Doo-Wop that is new to me. As soon as time permits I'll be exposing the TZ crowd to the greatest A Capella Doo-Wop ever - The Persuasions. They were finally inducted into the Rock Hall of Fame though few have even heard of them.

Happy New Year to all
