Ray Daytona & Googoobombos "Great Expectations"

A NEW FRONTIER!!! It all began in 1997: surf instros on one side, garage tunes on the other one. People screaming in the front line and Ray Daytona and Googoobombos right in the middle of the chaos. They’ve been eating and digesting Link Wray and Davie Allan, deconstructing The Ventures and rebuilding The Cramps; since they’ve been told “I like your rock’n’roll” by Deniz Tek (do you remember Radio Birdman?) they play faster and louder than ever......It took five 7”s and two LPs - collected and resumed in this great CD - to bring year 00’s in the heart of the Sixties (or maybe viceversa) and now they are ready to burst rock’n’roll in outer space. And it took the genius of Winston Smith (legendary cover artworks creator for Dead Kennedys, Lard, Jello Biafra, Green Day) to resume their love for Sci-Fi, Horror Z-movies and Hot Rod races in wonderful cover artworks.Ray Daytona & Googoobombos:
Guitare: Ray / Guitare, chant: Doctor D / Basse : Rosie / Batterie, chant: Jessie Dick / Theremin, bones, astro-ship driver: Red Razor
