Henry Franklin Winkler, OBE (born October 30, 1945) is an American actor, director, comedian, producer and author.
Winkler is best known for his role as Arthur Fonzarelli in the 1970s American sitcom Happy Days. "The Fonz," or "Fonzie," a leather-clad greaser, hot rodder and auto mechanic, started out as a minor character at the show's beginning, but had achieved top billing by the time the show ended. He currently stars as Sy Mittleman on Adult Swim's Childrens Hospital and Eddie R. Lawson on USA Networks's Royal Pains.
Winkler was born in the West Side of Manhattan, New York City, New York, the son of Ilse Anna Marie Winkler (née Hadra) and Harry Irving Winkler, a lumber company president. Winkler's Jewish parents emigrated from Berlin, Germany to the United States in 1939, "on the eve" of World War II. Winkler said that his parents came to the United States for a six-month business trip but that they knew they were never going back. His father smuggled the only assets the family had left, family jewels, in a box of chocolate that he carried under his arm.

Plot: Rosie (40), a divorced mother, produces the has-been TV comedy You Go Girl. Her boss no longer allows the show to tackle any vaguely controversial subjects, so it seems doomed. Then she meets at an audition Adam Perl (29), an attractive, spontaneously funny, single actor. She successfully casts him, which revives the show's ratings. She also dates him, but her pathological insecurity, focused on their age difference, compromises the relationship. That culminates when she suspects him of infidelity with the show's star, and the studio gives those two their own sitcom.

Plot: It's 1970's Hollywood and a future movie star was on the horizon and looking for his big break. His name is Robin Williams and he's an up and coming comic on the Los Angeles comedy circuit. While on the other end of town, producer Garry Marshall and partner Harvey Severson have developed a new show called Mork & Mindy, that's a spinoff to their previous hit show "Happy Days". It's in their meeting with Williams that they have found the ideal actor to play Mork. But as the show slowly turns into a hit, the story of what happened behind the camera unfolds as a young comic is suddenly handed everything he ever wanted very quickly, which affected his personal life as well as those in it. Set against the backdrop of Mork & Mindy, this is a story about a show's rise to number one, it's struggles on the production, and the rising star of Robin Williams.

His two evil brothers Adrian and Cassius have just escaped from Hell and are wreaking havoc on an unsuspecting earth. His dad is disintegrating and it's up to Nicky to save him and all of a humanity by midnight before one of his brothers becomes the new Satan.

HARDtalk speaks to an actor whose long career will always be defined by one role. Henry Winkler was the Fonz, the cool dude at the centre of the US TV show Happy Days. The show portrayed an innocent, untroubled 1950s America. It was a far cry from Winkler's own childhood, which was clouded by undiagnosed dyslexia. How did a troubled kid come to be a symbol of sunny optimism, and what happened to the idealised America of Happy Days?

"Monty" was a short-lived sitcom on Fox in early 1994. This show starred Henry Winkler as a Rush Limbaugh-style talk show host. David Schwimmer (Friends) and David Krumholtz (Numbers) play his 2 sons. This show lasted about 5 aired episodes and then was cancelled, like a lot of the Fox sitcoms from that era. I do not have the intro (if there was one), and if there was any footage before that I do not have it, nor the full credits. This does include a PSA with Henry Winkler standing in front of a "Monty" director's chair.
