    needs transparent, autidable, machine-readable policies!

    The resolves: 'Media autoplay should be under user control. That could mean for example having a setting "yes, autoplay is OK across the board" or it could mean origin-specific permissions prompts: "yes, Netflix can autoplay videos".'
