A little bit about the the three of us…we’re Thirdstory (Elliott Skinner, Richard Saunders, and Ben Lusher). We like to write music, harmonize, and do our own arrangements of other people’s songs. We just put out our first EP of original music, called Searching.
Our first few videos on here were acoustic covers of songs by the likes of Sam Smith, Taylor Swift, and Drake. We were super fortunate to have Tori Kelly check them out and ended up going on tour with her. Right now we’re finishing up our album and getting ready for a US headlining tour in the fall.

How to make the headpiece:
We could not find a white wig so we improvised. Emma has a shirt on her head that has white fur around the neck, it's pulled over her head and is tied in back to cover her hair. Mommy crocheted about six rows of white eyelash yarn, length is the distance between my ears. At the back she hot glued on some iridescent tinsel. On the sides she clipped in pink/blue hair clips that we got at Hot Topic. Then she tied ribbons to the ends of the headpiece and tied it at the nap of my neck.

Abbey
An abbey (from Latin abbatia, from Latin abbās, derived from Aramaic abba, "father") is a Catholic, Anglican, or Orthodox Christian monastery or convent. Abbeys usually fall under the authority of an Abbot or an Abbess who serves as the spiritual father or mother of the community.
The term can also refer to a former abbey (for example, Westminster Abbey).
Origins
The formation of monastic communities dates back to pre-Christian times, as witnessed by the Essenes. The earliest known Christian monasteries consisted of groups of huts built near the location of a famous ascetic or other holy person. As these communities of disciples grew, they attracted people who desired to study the ascetic's doctrine and imitate his or her way of life.
In the earliest age of Christian monasticism, the ascetics were accustomed to living alone. Ascetics would typically live near a village church, supporting themselves while also donating their excess food to the poor. Increasing religious fervor and persecution drove them farther away from civilization into solitude. The deserts of Egypt hosted some of the "cells" or huts of these anchorites.

We were super fortunate to have Tori Kelly check them out and ended up going on tour with her. Right now we’re finishing up our album and getting ready for a US headlining tour in the fall.

How to make the headpiece:
We could not find a white wig so we improvised. Emma has a shirt on her head that has white fur around the neck, it's pulled over her head and is tied in back to cover her hair. Mommy crocheted about six rows of white eyelash yarn, length is the distance between my ears. At the back she hot glued on some iridescent tinsel. On the sides she clipped in pink/blue hair clips that we got at Hot Topic. Then she tied ribbons to the ends of the headpiece and tied it at the nap of my neck.
