"Go D.J." is the second single from Lil Wayne's fourth studio album, Tha Carter. The single's famous beat is produced by DJ Mannie Fresh, who also provides vocals in the song. The lyrics to the song are both written and performed by Lil Wayne. The single became Lil Wayne's first solo hit, reaching the top three on the US Rap Charts and becoming a top 40 single. The song was Lil Wayne's most successful single as a lead artist until "Lollipop" reached number one in 2008.
The song's chorus is borrowed from an earlier song of the same title by New Orleans rap group U.N.L.V.
The song has been sampled numerous times, especially in later Lil Wayne tracks.
The video is set in a prison (the Mansfield Reformatory, where The Shawshank Redemption was shot) where Lil Wayne is freed from an electric chair, after which, he starts rapping. Birdman, Ronald 'Slim' Williams, Mannie Fresh, Gillie Da Kid, and C-Murder make cameos.

Deoxyribonucleic acid (i/diˈɒksiˌraɪboʊnjʊˌkliːɪk, -ˌkleɪɪk/;DNA) is a molecule that carries most of the genetic instructions used in the development, functioning and reproduction of all known living organisms and many viruses. DNA is a nucleic acid; alongside proteins and carbohydrates, nucleic acids compose the three major macromolecules essential for all known forms of life. Most DNA molecules consist of two biopolymer strands coiled around each other to form a double helix. The two DNA strands are known as polynucleotides since they are composed of simpler units called nucleotides. Each nucleotide is composed of a nitrogen-containing nucleobase—either cytosine (C), guanine (G), adenine (A), or thymine (T)—as well as a monosaccharide sugar called deoxyribose and a phosphate group. The nucleotides are joined to one another in a chain by covalent bonds between the sugar of one nucleotide and the phosphate of the next, resulting in an alternating sugar-phosphate backbone. According to base pairing rules (A with T, and C with G), hydrogen bonds bind the nitrogenous bases of the two separate polynucleotide strands to make double-stranded DNA. The total amount of related DNA base pairs on Earth is estimated at 5.0 x 1037, and weighs 50 billion tonnes. In comparison, the total mass of the biosphere has been estimated to be as much as 4 TtC (trillion tons of carbon).
Happy hardcore, also known as happy rave or happycore, is a genre of hard dance typified by a very fast tempo (usually around 160–180 BPM), often coupled with solo vocals and sentimental lyrics. Its characteristically 4/4 beat "happy" sound distinguishes it from most other forms of hardcore, which tend to be "darker". It is typically in a major key. In its original incarnation, it was often characterized by piano riffs, synthetic stabs and spacey effects. This genre of music is closely related to the typically Dutch genre of gabber. Happy hardcore evolved from breakbeat hardcore around 1991–1993, as the original house music-based rave became faster and began to include breakbeats, evolving into oldschool jungle which evolved into drum and bass. Some of the most famous artists of this genre include DJ Brisk, Scott Brown,Darren Styles, Hixxy, DJ Paul Elstak, Dune,Scooter, Stu Allan (aka VISA), Dougal, Slipmatt, DJ Sharkey, DJ Gammer, and DJ S3RL.
Early hardcore producers such as SL2, Prodigy, Hyper-On Experience, DJ Jonny L and Sonz of a Loop da Loop Era, along with record labels such as Moving Shadow, Reinforced, XL and Formation evolved in a period where Techno was developing a harder edge, exploring the complex breakbeats that would later manifest themselves as jungle and the subsequent development of drum and bass. The stylistic influence of techno including the movie, cartoon and media samples, and powerful synthesizer-based breakdowns characterised this earlier form of UK hardcore, which some believed to have hit its first peak in 1992.

DNA Script DNA made of two nucleotide strands nucleotide made of nitrogenous base, a five carbon sugar, and one or more phosphate group DNA and RNA are polymers of nucleotides. Adenine, guanine, thymine, and cytosine. Adenine and guanine have two carbon nitrogen ring bases making them purines Adenine with thymine and guanine with cytosine connected by hydrogen bonds call that complementary base pairing The sugar of one nucleotide forms a covalent bond with phosphate group of another Each strand is different at its two ends, one end is called 5’ prime, other is called 3’ prime The two strands in the helix run in anti-parallel directions therefore each end has a 5’ prime and 3’ prime In nucleosides there are a core particle, called histones, DNA, and a linked protein
