Shōnen Jump or Shonen Jump may refer to:
Weekly Shōnen Jump (週刊少年ジャンプ, Shūkan Shōnen Janpu) is a weekly shōnen manga anthology published in Japan by Shueisha under the Jump line of magazines. It is the best-selling manga magazine, as well as one of the longest-running; the first issue was released with a cover date of July 2, 1968. The manga series within the magazine target young male readers and tend to consist of a large number of action scenes and a fair amount of comedy. The chapters of series that run in Weekly Shōnen Jump are collected and published in tankōbon volumes under the "Jump Comics" imprint every two to three months.
The mid-1980s to the mid-1990s represents the era when the magazine's circulation was at its highest (6.53 million), and is referred to as the "Golden Age of Jump". However, since then it has experienced a drastic decline and had a circulation of 2.4 million copies in early 2015.
Weekly Shōnen Jump has two sister magazines called Jump SQ, created after the fall of Monthly Shōnen Jump, and Saikyō Jump. The magazine has also had several international counterparts, including the current North American Weekly Shonen Jump.
Jump or Jumping primarily refers to the physical action of jumping, that is, propelling oneself rapidly upward such that momentum causes the body to become airborne.
Jump or Jumping may also refer to:

This year has been crazy for fans of Weekly Shonen Jump. Regardless if the Mangaka ended their series on their own terms its weird. So many series have ended one after another since the start of 2016. WSJ has concluded countless series like Bleach, Nisekoi, Assassination Classroom, & now Toriko. Gintama is almost finished & we don't know how the other series will fare. Looks like Shonen Jump is trying to create a new generation of manga. Will all these series leaving Jump hurt the Magazine in the long run? To make matters worse the Bleach Final Chapter/ Arc really slapped all the faces of the long time fans. A lot of anime and manga fans have heard of Weekly Shonen Jump. It's the magazine that originally published some of the most well-known manga and anime properties: Dragon Ball, One Piece, Naruto...sometimes it's easier to work out what Shonen anime DIDN'T start off as a Shonen Jump manga. I decided to buy a copy out of curiosity recently, and I decided to go through the entire magazine, just to show people what it's like.
