We also use B+W circular polarizer. They get rid of the reflections from water, windows, and most plants/green things. We use them whenever the sun is out. When buying a polarizer make sure to get the right size for the lens that you own. I feel if your going to spend the money and buy an expensive lens, it's worth spending the extra money to buy a polarizer of the same quality to match your lens, otherwise your lens won't be as clear. Plan on spending about 130 dollars US for one.

If you have a very small budget and don't have enough to buy a big/medium drone, this is an awesome option to learn how to fly for under $100.00. They have a small camera on them, I would use them not for the camera but strictly to learn how to fly.

Just a little side note on the RED footage and why it looks less colourful and very flat compared to the Leica.
Sat down and looked at the stuff we shot we realised that we pretty much had the wrong settings the most of the time as we just walked right out before the guys had time to walk us through everything. So it was just in the end we figured a bunch of stuff out, so what you see here is about 15% of what this camera can do, kind of wish we could go back and shoot the stuff all over to show the full potential of the camera! haha Soooo sick to work with though, just a crazy look unlike anything else in the Vlog world and once we get used to one we are 100% sure that it would be insanely cool, and thats what we love! Took us 150 days to find the right grade for the Leica, so to expect to get it right after using it for 10 mins might be a little to optimistic even for us! Practice makes perfect! ;-)

Red Digital Cinema Camera Company
The Red Digital Cinema Camera Company is an American company that manufactures professional-grade digital cinematography and photography tools. Red cameras support raw recording of stills and video, in the case of the RED Epic-M up to 6K resolution.
The company’s headquarters are in Irvine, California, with studios in Hollywood. It has offices in London, Berlin, and Mumbai—and various authorized resellers and service centers around the world. Red also has retail stores in Hollywood and New York.
History
Red Digital Cinema was founded in 2005 by Jim Jannard, who had previously founded Oakley. The company started with a small group of entrepreneurs in a warehouse who wanted to build affordable, high-end digital video cameras and believed that 4K video was the future of digital image capture.
At the 2006 NAB show, Jannard announced that Red would build a 4K digital cinema camera and began taking pre-orders. More than one thousand people put down a refundable deposit, and Red began work to fulfill the orders.

We also use B+W circular polarizer. They get rid of the reflections from water, windows, and most plants/green things. We use them whenever the sun is out. When buying a polarizer make sure to get the right size for the lens that you own. I feel if your going to spend the money and buy an expensive lens, it's worth spending the extra money to buy a polarizer of the same quality to match your lens, otherwise your lens won't be as clear. Plan on spending about 130 dollars US for one.

Just a little side note on the RED footage and why it looks less colourful and very flat compared to the Leica.
Sat down and looked at the stuff we shot we realised that we pretty much had the wrong settings the most of the time as we just walked right out before the guys had time to walk us through everything. So it was just in the end we figured a bunch of stuff out, so what you see here is about 15% of what this camera can do, kind of wish we could go back and shoot the stuff all over to show the full potential of the camera! haha Soooo sick to work with though, just a crazy look unlike anything else in the Vlog world and once we get used to one we are 100% sure that it would be insanely cool, and thats what we love! Took us 150 days to find the right grade for the Leica, so to expect to get it right after using it for 10 mins might be a little to optimistic even for us! Practice makes perfect! ;-)

What is 4K?

TimeScapes is the debut film from award-winning cinematographer and director Tom Lowe. The film features stunning slow-motion and
timelapse cinematography of the landscapes, people, and wildlife of the American South West. Lowe spent 2 years roaming the
Southwest in his Toyota pickup truck shooting the film.
TimeScapes was shot, edited and color-graded at 4K resolution (4096 x 2304 pixels).
TimeScapes was shot in 4K resolution on Red Epic and Canon DLSR cameras, edited in 4K in Adobe Premiere and After Effects, and
graded at 16-bit 4K at Light Iron Hollywood on a Quantel Pablo system, by colorist Ian Vertovec (“Girl with the Dragon
Tattoo”,“Social Network”).
It is the world's first movie to be sold to the public as a 4K file. More about 4k
What is 4K?
4K is a way of measuring movie resolution. K stands for Kilo, which means thousand. 4K footage is 4,096 pixels across.
It's sometimes referred to as 'Quad HD' because it has four times as much resolution as 1080p HD.
4K has aproximately 2700% more pixels than standard television, and 450% more than HDTV.
