Please share these events with allies to best get the word out! The election takes place on May 25th so time is an important factor!

It is you, allies and volunteers, who will get our next congressman elected! Let’s show the new administration in Washington how Montana feels about what they are doing to our country.

Montana Democratic Party – HELENA — Democrats from around Montana chose Rob Quist as their candidate for the U.S. House race on Sunday afternoon. Rob Quist in Helena

Quist grew up on a farm and ranch outside of Cut Bank and he and his wife Bonni presently call their ranch in the Flathead Valley home. He is also known for being part of the Mission Mountain Wood Band.

“Rob’s experiences, along with his deep-rooted passion for the people of Montana, make him uniquely qualified to be our next Congressman,” said Nancy Keenan, executive director of the Montana Democratic Party.

Governor Steve Bullock also congratulates Quist on his selection as the Democratic candidate.

“With only one representative in congress, it’s critical we have a voice for all Montanans. Rob Quist can be that voice, and I have no doubt he will run to win and will put our state’s interests above his own,” Bullock said. “I congratulate Rob on the nomination.”

Keenan thanks all of the Democratic candidates who entered the race in this special nominating convention: Kelly McCarthy, Amanda Curtis, Link Neimark, Dan West, John Meyer, Gary Stein, and Thomas Weida.

“Putting your name forward as a statewide candidate takes courage and we were fortunate to have an exceptional slate of candidates,” Keenan said. “Together, we are committed to returning this seat to Montana’s Democrats.”

Rally at Senator Daines Office in Bozeman Feb 17, 2017

Hundreds of us marched and chanted from the Emerson to Main Street and then Senator Daines Office on Friday. We were requesting an in-person Town Hall with Senator Daines so we can interact with him on a variety of issues. The office was limited to 8 people at a time, entering the building, going upstairs, ringing his door bell, going in and either verbally or in writing leave messages. Hundreds of additional cards were also delivered. Click here> video of us!
